One of our BEST Airbnb stays! The location was great and just what we were looking for—privacy, peace, tranquility, and snow ❄️. The property was great to send kiddos out to explore while the adults enjoyed the hot tub. I’m skeptical when properties have one because I feel like it’s hit or miss whether it’s working or not. Ours was great! The house was clean, great layout, matched the pics and description. The kitchen was awesome with great appliances and well appointed with dishes etc. A lot to like about the stay AND pet friendly! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We would definitely recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Lively Lane House was honestly everything we could have asked for in a Sunriver Vacation home. Spacious fenced in yard for exploring, cozy fireplace, entertainment for the kids (and separate rumpus room for loud play), and a hot tub! The kitchen has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal for both large and small gatherings. The beds are super comfortable! The location is excellent as well, feels very private but also easy to get into town or to get among nature and hiking trails just outside the front door! Oh - and we LOVE that it’s dog friendly! What more could you ask for?! Thanks for a great stay - 5 STARS ALL THE WAY. We will be back ;)

Lively Lane was the ideal summer retreat for our family of four. The beautifully decorated home is spacious, the kitchen equipped to make many meals, the bedrooms super comfy, and its location near Sunriver Resort and a very short drive to Bend made it a perfect starting point for all our outdoor activities and eating out. We can’t wait to go back and experience Bend in the winter.

This is an amazing house for relaxing in the woods with plenty of amenities. The house has everything you need. Sunriver and downtown Bend are a quick drive away, but we often enjoyed the outdoor space at the house. Our daughter and dog loved running around the fenced yard. Occasionally we'd see elk roaming the property. In the evenings we enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub. It's also great for stargazing on a clear night. It's very quiet and peaceful so everyone slept well in the comfy beds. We will definitely be back!

It has everything you need down to the gourmet kitchen, super comfy beds and cozy fireplace, den/play space for kiddos, along with a private natural setting and tranquility found in the awesome hot tub. this house is so spacious and clean! it's elegantly decorated yet super comfortable as well. 2 totally fenced yards, and an absolutely pristine hot tub. elk even came wandering up the driveway! this is our favorite house, and we look forward to many future visits.

I can't say enough good things about this property. The property was beautiful and was a great place for our family to spend some much needed time together. More importantly our dogs loved that they had the ability to run and be free as the property was fenced. We loved it so much that we can't wait to stay again. Family of 4 with two large dogs - everyone had all they needed; comfy beds, comfy furniture, hammocks to lounge in, a hot tub to relax in, and space to spread out. Almost everything in the home is brand new and fully stocked. The lot is huge and you feel secluded in your own forest. A herd of 30+ elk wandered by within 25 yards of the house! The dogs can roam freely in the fully-fenced backyard.

Had an absolutely wonderful time staying here. The house is cozy: welcoming and peaceful, with a huge, fully fenced yard that our dogs and kids loved exploring. The kitchen is very well stocked, all of the dishes and pans in great condition. Air conditioning/heating were both greatly appreciated for the temperature changes in the high desert of Bend. Near all kinds of the local volcano sights, and only about 20-25 minutes from Bend itself, which felt manageable (and closer to Three Rivers which has a better store than the very local Country Store). We stayed a week and everyone wished we could have stayed longer with so much to do in the area. Great spot for families, comfortable beds for all. The rec room with TV and games (and ping pong in the garage) were all used daily. Bring bug spray for warm evenings relaxing out on the porch. We would stay here again in a second!
