This is a gorgeous home in a stunning location. Everything was spotlessly clean, the kitchen is amazing and well stocked. The house is very spacious and easily fit our group of 12 without feeling at all crowded. All the beds and furniture are super cozy and comfy. The river is beautiful and the house has everything you need to enjoy it - bikes, kayaks, ping pong, hot tub... Everything in great shape and well taken care of. We had a fabulous stay.

This is a beautiful property with lots of room to spread out for large groups. The deer wondering around the yard added mixed with the beautiful fall sun rises were almost out of a dream. We would 100% stay again.

We stayed here over New Year’s Eve and were so happy with our decision. We had 6 adults and 6 kids and never felt cramped. Everyone was able to enjoy their own space but still gather in the main living room for a movie or to sit around by the fire. So convenient to Mt. Bachelor for winter skiing and activities. All the essentials here and they even had an EV charger in the garage for our car. We were able to walk right outside the backyard to the bike path and enjoy a few morning walks and bike rides because there was no snow on the ground yet. This house is a little outside of the main Sunriver area, but no crowds and very quiet with all the amenities and lots of wildlife spotting. The location on the river is a prime spot and can’t wait to come back this summer and float down the Deschutes.

Spacious home perfect for 3 families! We had a great week of skiing (Bachelor is a short 25 minute drive), followed by heading back to the house to relax in the hot- tub and warm up by the cozy fire. The kitchen was well stocked to cook large group meals and visit with a glass of wine. Morning coffee was a treat while enjoying river views from the living room. Sunriver is a quick 10 minute drive to enjoy shopping, restaurants, and ice skating during the winter. Each room has its own King bed to rest after a full day is skiing, while then kids had a blast hanging in the bunk room or playing board games stocked in the closet. We will be back!
