This spacious Sunriver home is the perfect getaway for your next Sunriver vacation. As you enter the home you will notice the gorgeous wood ceilings, hardwood floors, cozy furnishings, cable TV, DVD player and gas fireplace in the open concept living space. The recently updated kitchen features quartz countertops, a farmhouse sink, breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, and a wet bar. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room with seating for 6, plus 2 at the breakfast bar.
On this main living level, you will find a bedroom with a king bed and cable TV and a full guest bathroom with walk-in shower.
Heading up the stairs to the right you will find the loft with a pull-out hide-a-bed couch and TV. Bedroom One features a queen bed. Bedroom Two is an ensuite bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom with a shower over soaking tub. Upstairs to the left is a third bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed, plus a private half bath.
There are three sliders to access the large deck area with gas BBQ and private hot tub where you can take in the surrounding forested views while you enjoy the fresh mountain air and a cup of coffee on the wrap-around deck.
Enjoy all that Sunriver has to offer with 33 miles of bike/walking paths, SHARC facility, Fort Rock Park, pickle ball, tennis, marina, shops, and restaurants.

Excellent house for families! Lots of different areas to find a quiet spot, yet the kitchen and great room are perfect for a gathering. I loved the kitchen island. The house was very well stocked. Lots of spices, cooking utensils, towels, extra linens, enough trash bags, and paper towels. Everything we needed. Beautiful location, less than half a mile to the park, lots of trees looking out the windows. A couple of rooms had bench seating in the windows, which I love. All the beds were comfy, no complaints at all. Even the hot tub seemed extra big, perfect house!

older home in decent shape, functional. Master bath shower is in the tub with a wrap around curtin, very high step in - out. Living room furniture has a couple leather couches and older cloth rocking chairs, not very comfortable, no pillows, blankets. Deck has a basic round table and chairs, no umbrella. Sun beats down on the deck all afternoon, evening so you can't sit out there very long.
