This single level home, located on the quiet north end of Sunriver, is great for the whole family. The living room, with vaulted ceilings and tons of natural light, is equipped with a gas fireplace, large Smart TV with cable and comfortable furnishings. While relaxing on the cozy furnishings, you'll enjoy great views of the surrounding pine forest. Your pup will enjoy being near the new dog park.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities to make meals for your whole group. Off the dining area with seating for 6, you can access the patio to enjoy a meal outside or enjoy a soak in the full fenced private hot tub.
Down the hall are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: Bedroom One is a large bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, and patio access. The second bedroom features a queen bed and TV and shares a full bathroom with the third bedroom. This bedroom features a twin+trundle bed, perfect for the kiddos.
If a little game time action is what you are looking for, head into the garage for a friendly game of ping pong table.
When you are ready to explore all that Sunriver has to offer set off on foot or hop on one of the adult bikes provided with this vacation rental to explore over 30 miles of paved paths, with access right outside your door. You will have a great time choosing your adventure - the fun at Fort Rock Park, acres of green fairways at the 2 award-winning Sunriver golf courses, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats along the Deschutes River are all accessible within a few miles.

This lovely home exceeded this picky traveler’s expectations. We entertained our sons’ families here for several dinners and had absolutely everything we needed to handle a crowd: gas grill, serving dishes, utensils and space. Kids ate at table on deck, adults at indoor dining room table. Living room offered ample and comfortable seating, and the beds were heavenly. Loved all the towels and extra bedding. The pool table kept the littles happily busy while the grownups grilled. The home was truly spotless. The management company even got us in early—so appreciated after a long drive. The folks at Bennington could not have been more helpful or courteous.

We stay in Sunriver often, and this stay was a highlight. The home was a FANTASTIC value. Very clean, nice layout, well-furnished kitchen (we cooked often). It felt very private despite how close the other homes are — the big windows looked out upon a vast expanse of open ground. Hot tub was fantastic. The home is very close to the bike path, which eliminated the need to ride on roads. Bennington Properties was GREAT to work with too — they texted us out of the blue to let us know we could check in early, which was awesome because we rolled into town early. And the check-out tasks were almost non-existent, unlike many other homes I’ve stayed in. We’ll definitely be back.

This was a great place to stay for a long weekend. The house is nice inside and on a quiet street. The house is relatively close to the train tracks, but the occasional train was hardly noticeable even when outside. The layout is quite comfortable for a family with everything one might expect in Sunriver.

The house was exactly as described/pictured. Check in was a breeze. First real breakout since March of 2020 so very memorable. House was immaculately clean and perfect. Will definitely stay longer next time.

This was my first time renting from Bennington. I can't begin to tell you how impressed I am. From the very first request for pricing, the steady flow of updates, fantastic quick replies, smoothness of booking and the total embrace of technology. Everything has been fantastic. there hasn't been a single hiccup. The house is great. Very clean, well stocked, better than advertised, extremely comfortable. We will be back for sure !

Wow, was the first comments by everyone made on entering the property. The property was clean and tidy. Every thing we needed for our vacation was within the house. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped. I would recommend this property to anyone that is looking at staying at Sunriver. This house has a good space to host a gathering of friends and family. The hot tub was in a nice quiet corner with it's own gate. The porch was large which was wonderful because we brought two smokers for our Thanksgiving dinner. There was also a ping pong table in the garage which was a huge hit! There were several tournaments played that weekend. Also, the big screen television in the living room was wonderful for football watching, and the kitchen was large enough to successfully host Thanksgiving dinner with friends and family! We definitely recommend Bennington Properties, and will gladly vacation with them again.

This house is very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. The lay out of the house is simple yet super comfy. It feels larger than it is which is a good thing! The couches and recliners in the living room are really comfortable. The kitchen island is great and has a lot of seating around it. The deck is nice and deer like to hang out in the back yard. The only negatives we experienced were the beds are too firm for our liking and there was no pancake griddle. The large non-stick pan was scratched up and should be thrown away. There is no AC so if it is hot that could be uncomfortable; luckily for us the temps were not too high. There are fans in all the rooms so that helps. ALL AROUND GREAT HOUSE and we would go back again.

The home was very comfortable and served us well during our stay. While the house was comfortable, it could use some upgrades...especially the appliances. They were dated and noisy. But it was stocked well and the hot tub and ping pong table were a plus. The grill was also nice to have especially on the 4th of July. And the cruiser bikes in the garage were in great shape and worked well. Bennington Properties was easy to work with and was helpful in getting us new ping pong balls when the two that were in the house were duds.

We really enjoyed our stay at this relaxing home. We appreciated the pet policy which allowed us to be bring our 4 legged family member. The home was clean upon arrival. The beds are a little firm for our liking. We liked the mountain themed decorating. The hot tub was sparkling clean and easy to operate. The location is quiet and out of the main hubbub of the village, yet an easy bike ride or drive to get to the activity. There are train tracks close by, but we only heard a train about three times in a week and never at night. We will rebook this place if we return to Sunriver.

Things we loved: Layout of the house/cleanliness of house/fireplace Things that could be improved: Arrival time is too late for winter (dark), some items need maintenance work (ping pong paddles, orange bike, hot tub, kitchen sink,master bath water knob, lightbulbs (out in hot tub and garage when we arrive (in the dark-did not feel comfortable calling as signs said only call during non-hours for emergency) Had to search for things like key to hot tub, wi-fi instructions (in a drawer) Need more dishes so that group of 6 can eat more than one meal without having to run the dishwasher. Would have been nice to know that hot tub was treated as it seemed like possibly not due to low water and lock and ph was high and hard to turn jets off etc.

First off...the service your staff provided was exceptional! Very quick to respond to any needs we had. However, considering we were only there for three nights, we were disappointed to have to wait for someone to come our and fix the hallway toilet (taking away from our vacation time). This will not prevent us from using you in the future.

It was absolutely wonderful and peaceful. I was a little worried going into the home as it was a pet-friendly house. However, it was so clean and well cared for you would have never known there had been any history of pets there. The hot tub was perfect and the kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils. Nice quiet comfortable home

For our ski vacation, this was a very comfortable home in a quiet location with a very nice hot tub. The kitchen was well furnished, and the beds were very comfortable. The garage was lacking a remote or external keypad, so you had to go back inside and exit through the front door after closing the garage door. The gas fireplace would overheat the house if left on for more than an hour. Nice neighborhood for walking the dog.

The house was amazing! Just what we were looking for. Beds were comfortable. Location was great. Nicely decorated. Kitchen well stocked and in excellent condition. My family really enjoyed our daily ping-pong games. It is now our #1 choice for a SunRiver rental!
