Your mountain retreat awaits! Classic lodge style home with everything you need for the perfect Sunriver getaway. Tucked away in the trees near Woodlands golf course, this stunning 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom air-conditioned home has everything you need for the ultimate Sunriver getaway.
On the main level you'll find an open floor plan, king ensuite with spa-like bath, laundry, and half bath.
Upstairs you'll find 3 more bedrooms including a second king suite with attached bath, a queen bedroom, and bedroom with 2 queens. A spacious shared full bathroom with shower over tub finishes off the second floor.
Enjoy a game of cards or kick back and relax in the open loft area at the top of the stairs.
The large deck with gas BBQ serves at the perfect spot to gather and soak up the Sunriver sun or relax in the hot tub. The garage also has ping pong and foosball for a little competitive fun!

Six of my friends and I had a ladies weekend and picked a home Bennington Properties listed. We had a great time in this home. We had everything we needed. They checked in with us to make sure everything was taken care of. The house keeper did a great job and we were grateful for their care. We will stay with them again next year.

This was the perfect place for my family of six. There is plenty of room, the sleeping arrangements were great, and we even had some pretty fierce ping pong games in the garage. This is a great place for a family to stay, and enjoy everything that Sun River and Bend has to offer.

This was a lovely property!! We really enjoyed our stay here! We loved the set up of the house, one of the master bedroom/bathroom was on the main floor and the upstairs had another slightly smaller master/bathroom. One of the bedrooms had a queen bed that was air adjustable, the boys enjoyed that, one had the side really soft and the other firm. There wasn’t any shampoo just bars of soap so good thing I brought some. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. Quite a few option with appliances. It even had good sharp knives :) We were so impressed with the cleanliness of the home and we would absolutely stay here again. Also being able to message Bennington Properties was so easy and very helpful. They even sent out someone to helps us when one of the rigs had a dead battery. Amazing customer service!!

We had a family reunion at the house with multiple families. The house was great for a large group and included lots of activities to keep us entertained. The hosts were very responses. Great service overall. We recommend this house and would visit again.

Two families with kids (ages 16-23) really enjoyed this property. It is beautiful and spacious. The ping pong table, the Foosball table, and the poker table were used a lot during our stay. I would recommend this place for sure.

We have stayed at 4 Acer Lane several times and find it to be the best of several properties we have stayed at over the years. It is well-kept, very clean, nicely furnished, with a kitchen that is easy to use and has plenty of dishes and utensils. It is a welcoming and comfortable home. We will definitely seek it out for our next trip.
