Sunriver is the best!! We loved staying here and aside from the round-a-bout hell (never seen so many round-a-bouts in my life) Sunriver is absolute heaven. The house has all the amenities and a hot tub that was well used by our group. I'm a very light sleeper and this a very quiet location.

There is a train others complained about and others said it was a busy road. I found neither of these things to be an issue at all. You can barely hear the train inside the home, and the neighborhood is no busier than your normal neighborhood with bikes, cars, etc. 10/10 recommend staying here. You can also book the house next door if you're a larger group.

This home, although well appointed and comfortable is right on Beaver Drive so prepare for the road noise while you are on one of the decks. Additionally, there are train tracks about 75 yards from the home and a cargo train goes by 2-3 times a day (one always in the middle of the night). We enjoyed the private hot tub and the home was very comfortable. Easy walk to the Village to grab a coffee or beer.

This house at Sunriver is a great place to rent for q quiet and relaxing stay in the area. One of the best things was how clean it was. The cleanest bedrooms and bathrooms we have had in a rental hands down. That helped us feel right at home the minute we got there. It has a nice floor plan with a raised patio deck, and a large hot tub on the lower patio. In addition, Bennington Properties was very responsive to texts, as well as very accommodating to our needs as a guests. We would stay here or at any other house that Bennington Properties hosts.

My family had a great experience and stay! The house was clean, and spacious enough for 8. The location was amazing, - very close to Fort Rock Park, Sharq, and the Village. It’s also very kid friendly, we had a toddler (less than 2 yrs). They had a baby gate for the stairs and a high chair available, which were things we wouldn’t have had space for in the car. My daughter had the time of her life running around in circles upstairs and out to the back deck. Easy check in and check out process. The communication is great, they keep in contact the entire stay and are available for questions. Highly recommend!

I rented this property for a few days while attending a conference at the Sunriver Resort. It was great! We had everything we needed and had a great time. It was very easy to find and close to the Village and the Sharcc (though the SHARCC was closed for the season.) Bennington Properties is very easy to work with! I will use them again.

This is a great place to stay. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and this location is clean and quiet but close to walking paths and the village. The hot tub was big and comfortable and the master bed was comfortable too. The kitchen was easy to cook in and we appreciated all the amenities.

This is a really good location for the summer! We enjoyed the fact that they had bikes for us to use. the community had a lot of really good walking paths, and the Village had a lot of things that we needed. The house was super clean, and they provided us with cleaning supplies to help us keep the house clean as well. We had plenty of space to have 8 people sleep comfortably. Cute little house, we are already talking about the potential to rent this house again during the winter for skiing :)

The location near Beaver Dr made navigation to the Village and to the Sunriver Fitness and Aquatic Center easy. There was no sound from Beaver Dr, but we could hear the train on the east side of Sunriver a couple of times per day. The house itself was great for our 5-person group (two in the bunk room, two in second floor master, and one in the double bedroom) . The living room/dining room/kitchen is all on the second floor overlooking the grounds through huge windows, which was a great way to watch birds and lent a relaxing feeling. Kitchen was well supplied and the hot tub was clean and hot. Most of all, the service from Bennington was above and beyond, with texts from real people checking us in, etc. Two of our group used the fitness facilities 3 out of the 5 days we were there, which is a $20/day/person value that comes with the house. Major bonus!

Ashwood 4 is family friendly and accommodating for up to 8 guests. The location is ideal with bike access to the SHARC pool facility, Fort Rock Park with tennis, Pickleball, baseball, basketball, field and children's playground. The Village is also accessible via bike and we rode the 2.7 mi as well to the Lodge for dinner and music at the Backyard Bar. We will plan a return next year and see no reason not to choose Bennington and this unit!

Some of my friends wanted to come down from Portland for the weekend, so we booked this nice little house. Easy to get to if you are unfamiliar with Sunriver and want close access to the store. Highly recommend staying here during the summer and walking to the SHARC!
