Aspen 1 was bigger than expected. We had plenty of room to spread out. Our group enjoyed the ping pong table, wood burning fireplace, spacious bedrooms & large kitchen table for meals & games. I would definitely recommend this house.

This has the best equipped kitchen of any vacation rental we've used! We love to cook together as a family and it was so nice to have everything we needed and not have to improvise. We brought things from home that we didn't need to get out. It was so clean and everything worked as it should. There was plenty of extra bedding for those who weren't used to the cooler nights. We would definitely come here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a space big enough for a large group.

It's a wonderful home for a family vacation. We thought the house was wonderful. The setup of the rooms was perfect for us. It was very clean and had everything you could need in a kitchen. there were generous supplies of paper towels, dishwashing soap, etc. We were very pleased with our stay at 1 Aspen Lane and would definitely stay again.

This house was great, very clean and kitchen well stocked with dishes and small appliances. It even had Kureg and Kureg pods and Instapot. Office was very helpful and responsive to all of our needs and requests. Very satisfied with the house, and customer service of Bennington Properties. Would definitely recommend. We've been coming to Sunriver for about a decade. Very pleased with the experience this year.

We had 8 adults and each one was comfortable during our stay with all the room needed. The kitchen was raved about having everything necessary for making great meals! One person commented that she doesn't normally like to cook in a unfamiliar kitchen but this kitchen was great and fully stocked! We had fun with ping pong 🏓, rode bikes and took a lovely walk that started right outside 1 Aspen and went by the Deshutes River! A lovely home in a beautiful spot and so well maintained by Bennington Properties!

The house is the best vacation rental we have ever experienced. No need to bring anything other than food, clothes, toiletries, and kids bikes/helmets. All else is provided in the house: kitchen essentials, propane tank, beach towels, soap, adult bikes, playing cards, crayons and kids activities sheets. If you need anything, just go to the office. I loves this house.

Condition of the home was impeccable. All of the amenities provided made our stay enjoyable and completely hassle free. From the initial welcoming text to the party favors and card provided for the 75th celebrant were all very nice touch. Happy to spread the word about renting through Bennington Properties. We will definitely be back. Spacious, clean, and well equipped with all of the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. Very nice house and it was spic and span. An enjoyable and memorable Thanksgiving for our family. Only one hiccup - went to use the hot tub Friday evening and there was no water in it! When I unlocked it on Wed it was full and hot.

We had a wonderful stay at 1 Aspen Lane! The house was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of seating for meals, a nice deck and plenty of bedrooms and sleeping space for our group. We loved that they let us have our dogs and the house is located is a quiet area with little traffic. There were bikes available for us to use and ping pong in the garage. We really enjoyed our vacation!
