Create unforgettable family memories in this spacious home just a short ride to the Sunriver Village! Nestled in a quiet setting yet just a short walk from Sunriver’s best activities, this retreat is designed for fun, relaxation, and quality time together.
The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is perfect for family gatherings. Cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace for game nights or a favorite movie on the cable TV. The dining table seats eight, with four more at the kitchen counter, making mealtime a breeze in the well-stocked kitchen. Plus, the laundry room is conveniently located right off the kitchen—ideal for handling post-adventure cleanups!
Parents will love the spacious main-level king ensuite, offering privacy and a relaxing tub/shower combo. Kids will be thrilled with their own space in the bunk room, featuring two sets of twin bunks perfect for sleepovers. The upstairs bonus room provides extra hangout space with a sleeper sofa, a large TV, and even a DVD/VCR for classic movie nights. The third bedroom has a queen bed, while the fourth offers two queens—plenty of room for extended family or friends.
Step outside to the large deck, fire up the BBQ, and enjoy outdoor dining while the kids play. End the day with a soothing soak in the private hot tub under the stars. With seven adult bikes included, the whole family can easily cruise to the Village at Sunriver for shopping, dining, or a sweet treat. In winter, cross-country ski right from your backyard onto the fairway!

Lovely home with shade from pine trees and a view of the 10th hole of the Meadows Golf Course. Plenty of beds for a large group (up to 12) with living spaces for relaxing both upstairs and down. The hot tub is private, with great views of the stars. Foosball and ping pong in the garage were fun when it was too hot for outside adventure. No air conditioning, but good window management and cool Sunriver nights allowed us to keep the house cool and comfortable during the day. Short walk to the Village for ice cream or a "vacation coffee." We especially enjoyed the tree swallows swooping in and out of the bird house on the back porch!

We have rented this house for 18 years and will be back next year. #4 is a great place for families with a great location on the 11th Fairway and close to the village and lodge.

We have rented this home 14 out of the last 15 years. Obviously, it is a great home for our family. Bennington people were most helpful and friendly. We had two minor issues when we first checked in which were quickly resolved. The home could have a better and stronger wi-fi system. We were often disconnected without noticing that we had been, and some of us unknowingly used up all of our data. See you next year!

Always love the location of this house on the golf course and near the Village. House is showing its ge and needs considerable updates. Dishwasher is not attached, TV is old, Internet is slow, hot water heater is small, Bennington is great at responding to neesu
We have been dreaming of a white Christmas!

After renting Augusta 4 previously for Christmas with our family we finally hit the nail on the head with a white Christmas this year!<br/>The house is such a perfect fit for our family including adult children and two granddaughters. The only "possible problem" would be the fact that the snow was so deep it covered the garbage cans and they were frozen shut outside. ;-) <br/>Having the option to have a Christmas tree in the unit when we arrived was such a helpful one and we all had a nice time decorating it.<br/>We will be returning to Augusta 4 for another Christmas in the future!<br/>

Great location for 3 couples and 2 kids:10 minute walk to the Village and right on a fairway so we skied when the snow was deep enough. Comfortable home with a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen that flow into each other with open space. The home is always immaculate. The room with the 2 doubles need new mattresses. We will be back.
