Located in the quiet south end of Sunriver close to The Village at Sunriver. This home boasts gorgeous cedar, tongue and groove, vaulted ceilings and skylights throughout this charming home. The sunken living room features a wood-burning fireplace, work station, cozy furnishings and TV. It's kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances and an open floor plan to the dining room with seating for 10.
The first level has a king ensuite bedroom and a bunkroom with two sets of bunks plus an additional full bathroom.
Upstairs is a second king ensuite plus a bedroom with two twin beds that can be converted into a King. There is a also a full bathroom for guests of the twin bedroom. All bedrooms are furnished with there own TV.
Other features of this home include A/C, a wood fire place, lots of deck space and a private hot tub. You won't run out of things to do at 3 Backwoods Lane with a smart TV in the living room, good quality bikes, lots of games & books and plenty of patio furniture for outdoor entertaining.

We have stayed at a lot of vacation homes and by far this was truly the nicest. The bbq is very good you don’t have to worry about burning your food. Management was awesome always responded to all messages

This house was absolutely perfect for our Spring Break trip. We stayed from Saturday to Wednesday and had a fabulous time. The house is really big and gave everyone lots of space. The beds were really comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. Having one bathroom per bedroom was wonderful because it gave everyone lots of room. It was just the 4 of us (my husband and 2 kids) but we could have easily shared this house with another family of 4. This Spring Break was really snowy so we loved how close to the village we were! We were able to walk to the village rather than drive (bikes were not an option - way too snowy!). It is a 5 min walk to the village. The hot tub was hot and ready for us when we got there and the kitchen had everything we needed. There is a Keurig but you will want to bring your own pods (I was not expecting these to be provided - just an FYI). The house was really clean - I always worry about that in pet friendly homes (my husband has allergies). My husband's allergies were fine even with carpet everywhere so they must do a really great job of cleaning and vacuuming. We would stay here again for sure.

This house, as with many in this part of Sunriver, was a bit outdated BUT.....it was VERY clean! Bennington was very responsive to all my questions. I would rent this house again!

What a charming home, super close walking distance to the Village. Exceptionally well cleaned, and superbly stocked with everything we could have needed. Between the bikes and trails, and the hot tub to jump into afterwards, it was such a perfect home for our vacation.

The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking and grilling, and the heater on the back patio makes eating dinner outside really enjoyable. Bikes in the garage are perfect for the Sunriver paths. 3 minute walk to the store is super convenient. Beds and living areas are very comfortable.

This is the second time we have stayed at this home. This is a nice house that is set up well with a master upstairs and one down, both with bathrooms. Two other rooms that sleep multiple people along with two other bathrooms make the house great for a sizable group. I would have given the home an outstanding rating on quality, but some of the rooms are pretty outdated. Overall, it is a very nice home. Very close to the mall with good bikes to go with the house. They had a pull behind for my son so we did not have to rent one. Bennington did great with their text updates and allowing me to text them for things like checking in early. Great experience, I would recommend the house.

This house is the perfect house for a Sunriver vacation. It is a stone's throw to the Village, we didn't need our car for anything except skiing. It is clean, comfortable and stocked with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. It fit our family of 5 easily, and we thought it would be a good house even if we had another family of 5 staying there. We've rented several Bennington properties in the past and it's always a great experience. We will definitely rent this house again - it is perfect for any time of year.

Great location and a comfortable home. If you desire to use the Sage work out facilities be sure and pick up gift passes at the Bennington offices in the business park. And passes to Sharc are not provided by Bennington but you can submit your receipt to Bennington at the end of your stay and received a refund of 50%.

The location of the facility was very nice and the home met our needs for a family reunion. However, we were a little surprised by how outdated the home was, especially the carpet & lighting in the living room and bedrooms. If we make another visit, we would look at rentals that include passes to the Shark facility. We did, however,appreciate and did use all the bikes on site.

This home was very comfortable for our family. We were very pleased with how well the kitchen was stocked, especially since we cooked our Thanksgiving dinner here. We were very happy with our choice of this house, and we would choose to stay here again! The dishwasher could have been working better, therefore the average rating on quality. Everything else was great!

This was a great property for two families to stay in. It easily accommodated nine of us, with four kids very happy to share the double bunk-bed room. Very nice location, easy walk to Sunriver Village. Impressed with Bennington Properties--very good customer service. They advised us of a major road closure that would have seriously impacted us on our drive home to Seattle, and they allowed us to stay in the property after the check-out time. Would go through Bennington again!

We have stayed in Sunriver several times and have thoroughly enjoyed our visits each time and this time was no different. The house was very well kept and we appreciated the introduction from one of the maintenance guys when we arrived! We had a couple minor issues during our stay: one of the smoke detectors started to beep & the garbage disposal stopped working. But other than that, the rental was wonderful!
