Left half of toaster is non-functioning. Garbage disposer is barely functional and sorely needs replacement. Guest bath toilet seat left attachment bracket is broken. Floors are great but providing swifter pads for regular cleaning would be helpful in keeping them in good shape.

This was a beautiful, clean home with a great access to walking or riding to Benham Falls and along the river. Very quiet with a wonderful view out back. Also Bennington Properties was, as usual, awesome and polite with all of needs and concerns.

Our family of 5 absolutely loved our stay at this home. While it is small, it was the perfect house for us. It slept the 5 of us comfortably, was very clean, had air conditioning, a clean hot tub, and very clean garage with a new ping pong table. The property managers at Bennington Properties continue to keep the bar raised high on customer service. We won't rent through anyone else in Sunriver. We will come back to this again!
