This property we stayed at for Thanksgiving 2024 was perfect for our family. We’ve stayed at numerous homes in the past years and this was one of our top picks.. all amenities and a few “extras” for the young ones. Very clean as we were hesitant as we’ve always had dog sitters but this year we took them. Very clean, Kitchen was nicely appointed, bedrooms were great and roomy, bathrooms had more than 2 towels, overall great hosts, great communication from the property managers as well. Appreciated the whole Trip. Thank you!

Well appointed with large dining area. Garage has lots of bikes that are good for younger kids. Plenty of dog gates too. Rooms can get pretty warm in the hot summer, but plenty of fans. Comfy beds!

This vacation home is professionally managed. They cover all bases by providing a clean, well-appointed house with all the necessary items for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen surpassed expectations by being well-stocked with all the pots/pans/utensils/dishes you'd probably ever need. For those wondering where the countertop outlets are located, look under the upper cabinets for power strips next to the countertop lights. Bunk beds were a nice feature. The house is roomy and allows for guests to spread out. We didn't use the large two-level deck with bench seating since we visited in the winter but we did use the hot tub. Ample towels were supplied, including hot-tub specific ones. Garage has a 7' high door - a SUV with roof top cargo box probably won't fit. One bay is occupied with the foosball and air hockey tables & bikes. But, a long driveway will allow for several cars to fit - no street parking allowed. Property manager responds almost immediately to texts sent during normal business hours.

Got a little confused with the check in and property because I didn’t pay close enough attention to the emails, and didn’t realize there was a separate website for info about the place! Truly wonderful!! We had a great time with family and friends whom we havent spent much time with in years... perfect place to re-unite! We own fully furnished rentals in North Eastern Oregon and take much pride in our properties. ~well, Bennington properties do as well!! Thank you for such an enjoyable experience, this was all of ours first time to Sunriver, and now we already want to plan our next trip there!! :-)

I was very skeptical about renting this home because there weren't any reviews about it. However, this home was a nice vacation home for what we paid for. Sunriver after Memorial Day can get pricey but this home wasn't costly at all. It seems geared towards families with smaller children which was perfect for us. Lots of children's bikes and toys, a double stroller, and a bike trailer which Bennington helped us get the parts to make it functional. The living space is great, the bedrooms are small except the master. The home was clean and in good condition. The kitchen could use some more amenities, I would say it was pretty basic. If you are a cook, you should bring your favorite things. It was great to be so close to the river and the view. I will for sure rent from Bennington Properties again. They took care of every little thing that came up.
