- Dog-Friendly
- Outdoor Deck with Grill Gas
- Fans available in each bedroom closet

1 Coyote Lane is a 2-story home conveniently situated a short walk from the shops and restaurants in the Sunriver Village that will comfortably accommodate a group of up to 8. Several unique features such as ramped back entryway from the house to the hot tub, and the main floor bedroom, bathroom and living areas, make this home highly accessible to travelers of all ages and mobility levels.

The main level features hard surface flooring throughout the renovated kitchen with stainless appliances, including an oven with Sabbath mode feature, a programmable crock pot, dining and living areas. Cozy up next to the wood-burning fireplace to watch a movie or the big game on the flat-screen TV or grab a glass of wine and head out onto the deck to dine under the stars.

A queen bedroom and guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination are found down the hall. Head upstairs to find the other two bedrooms and second bathroom with a walk in shower. One bedroom has a comfortable king bed and features a flat-screen TV, DVD player, sitting area and private balcony with seating. The other bedroom has two twin beds, a bunk bed and bean-bag seating! This room also has a TV, DVD player and Wii game console.

Looking to kick back and relax? Enjoy a soak in the private hot tub located on the back deck or take a nap in the sun on the zero-gravity and chaise loungers. This home does back up to railroad tracks but the plus is it gives you a great view of the Deschutes National Forest with more privacy than most homes in Sunriver.

The 1 Coyote Lane homeowners have thoughtfully provided various "extras" to ensure young families have everything needed for a carefree Sunriver vacation (plenty of books, puzzles, and games, plus a Wii Console). When you are ready to head out and explore Sunriver, head out on one of the 4 adult bikes to find all of the excitement of the area within a few miles of your front door. The Village at Sunriver, acres of green fairways at 2 award-winning golf courses, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats along the Deschutes River are all easily accessible from this Sunriver vacation rental.

Family reunion? Great! Book this home along with our 2 Coyote, 18 Coyote, 19 Coyote, 20 Coyote, and 8 Coyote homes and have plenty of room for the whole family.

This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air-conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice-cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

*House backs up to active railroad (trains rarely blow their whistle and average 2-4 trips passes per day)

This home welcomes dogs, 2 max, no other pets are allowed. Fees apply

Pros: -Location to Village -Cleanliness -Parking Cons: -No AC and was hot -Pets allowed and since home is hold and no AC there was a smell -On the train tracks

Thank you so much for the thorough feedback! Our team will look into the pet smell. Our goal with all homes is that no one knows there has ever been a dog there. We're so sorry that it wasn't up to our standard.

Small Kitchen, Exciting Hot Tub

Sarah - Portland

2021-07-26

This kitchen is a two person maximum sized space. The deck is great for watching the sun go down and shaded by the pine trees and enjoying dinners at the table also. The hot tub has fun lights so definitely try it at night. We only used the lights on the last night, but wish we had discovered them sooner. The shed is nice for storing your personal bikes. We noticed the train didn't come every day which was nice and was more fun to see and hear than anything else! Beds were comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed it, but maybe was a little expensive for the size of the house, in our experience...

5 Stars!!

Great experience

We loved this cabin. Had everything we needed. Kitchen even had an instant pot! I agree with some other reviewers that the kitchen was smaller than perceived but no complaints here. Management folks were great. Quick to respond. They allowed us to leave our boat at their office since the sunriver area doesn't allow you to park on the road.

A beautiful respite for our family

This home was cozy and inviting. A short walk away from the village was what drew us - and it's lodgy feel did not disappoint t. It really was a wonderful vacation break from all the hard stuff of 2020. What a great way to end this year. Thank you so much!

Great service, clean home. But a couple overlooked things.

Very comfortable, spacious. Convenient laundry room in downstairs bathroom. Private bedroom downstairs, while other bedrooms are upstairs. Nice hot-tub. No neighbors behind or on one side of house.

Hi Crystal, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm sorry to hear there were a few oversights at the home. I will share your feedback with the team so we can continue to improve our guests' experience. For future stays, please don't hesitate to reach out to us right away should you find anything amiss with your home so that we can make it right. I'm glad you otherwise enjoyed your stay, and we hope to welcome you back again soon.

Thank you! 2019-09-25

Wonderful home for family and friends to stay in. Conveniently located close to the village and sharc. Even though the house had no A/C, it was not an issue. House cooled down nicely in the evening and we were not uncomfortable. We had a great stay!

Totally recommend & comfy beds!!

This home was absolutely perfect for my stay. I got such amazing sleep due to the comfort of these beds! Whatever they are, I need one. This house is also extremely close to the village (within walking distance for groceries, meals, ice cream, etc.), which means I didn't have to drive forever to find the house. The house is really cozy and had every appliance I needed (blender, crockpot, etc.). This owner really went above and beyond to make the guests happy and comfortable by thinking of all the details here.

Home had everything we needed and was immaculate. Next to train tracks, but really wasn't that loud and passed very infrequently. Large open space next to home. Great location, close to the village. Everything was perfect!

Wonderful getaway

We loved our stay in Sunriver at this home. I would highly recommend it to anyone. The house was comfortable and truly felt like a home, with all the comforts you need. We brought our dog with us and there were treats and dog bowls waiting for him when we arrived, as well as a gate to block of any areas we didn't want him to get to. Our bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. We were ready to move in just to sleep in that bed again. Another stay at this home is definitely in our future.

Great cozy home!

Laura - Portland

2018-11-13

Everything was so lovely in this home. Kitchen was well stocked - had everything we needed as we made dinners at the house every night. It's very close to the resort part of Sunriver - everything you need is there - a grocery store, restaurants, bike rentals, and Starbucks! The house is located very close to the train tracks. It wasn't a big deal at all as the train maybe came by once a day but you can definitely hear it.
