Huge chef's kitchen with everything you could need! Comfortable living room & bedrooms with fantastic fireplaces to warm up next to. The master shower is like a spa treatment! Garage is packed with bikes, foosball, ping pong, seating & grills - tons of fun (but you can't park in garage). We had the pleasure of watching a massive herd of elk graze on the golf course out the windows too.

This is a great home right next to the 3d green of Caldera links. It was clean upon arrival and stocked with plenty of supplies. It has every dish or appliance you could need. The furniture was comfortable and in good condition. The only thing we think it needs is some window coverings in the living room and dining room to offer some privacy and blockage of the glaring afternoon sun. Everyone walking along the nearby trail could see inside the house, so that is why we rated it a 4 instead of a 5.

This is a very nice home, and the kitchen is the best feature. Views are fantastic with Mt Bachelor in the center, right over the golf course. There were a few repair items, such as a running toilet in master, no iron or hairdryer, and some bikes were unusable. layout is nice. Would have preferred more seating in the living room area. It's huge and felt somewhat empty. There were 6 of us and if all 6 sat in that room, nobody could lay down or slouch over. Could use a couple more comfy chairs, or another sofa. Tons of dishes and pots. Everything you need in the kitchen - that was definitely the best part.

I was contacted the night before our trip to let me know the dishwasher had recently broke. I was ok with that and said I would bring paper plates to use instead. When we arrived, the staff had paper products ready and waiting for us. Along with a card apologizing for the inconvenience, a bottle of wine and a pass to the recreation center. Very pleased with the service. The text check in out process was fast and convenient as well as the follow up text to make sure everything was going well. The house was AMAZING! Beautiful view is the golf course, huge living room fireplace and comfortable beds throughout. We enjoyed the hot tub and the ping pong table. Thank you for a very relaxing weekend!

The home was amazing, but what made the weekend so wonderful was the service we received from Bennington Properties. From the time that we booked til we checked out - the customer service with every individual was great and all the little details were very much appreciated. We wanted to stay in Caldera and received the referral up front from Jessica Pritchard and glad we chose this route. the booking experience with Jessica Rae and Chatta was great, both gentlemen (forgot their names) we spoke with through the after hours number when we couldnt access the property due to locked gates were so helpful (the after hours number is a great touch too!) and then the welcome bags for the kids and the dog was a crowd pleaser (my daughter especially loved the bird seed!) We intend to plan a trip to come back this summer, and whether we stay in Caldera or Sunriver, we would definitely love to use BP again! (would be great if BP had a smaller 1 family option house in Caldera)

This is a beautiful home with views of Mt. Bachelor. It has a very large kitchen and 3 large bedrooms. The six of us really enjoyed this home and it was stocked with lots of items for cooking, biking, etc. the only difficult thing was the keypad to obtain the door key. Just a little too complicated for our 80 year old parents who were staying with us. Our dog came with us too and a bowl and treats were waiting for him with a Sunriver dog tag. So cool!

This house is a 10! King size beds and private baths in all three bedrooms, high end kitchen appliances and finishes throughout the home, views of the golf course and the mountains, and immediate access to the golf course. I will absolutely rent this one again! One thing to know--as of May 2017, the house immediately next door is under construction, so there may be some daytime noise.

The house is exquisite and roomy. Even though we were a bit early, the housekeeping was spotless. Our two son's families were in agreement that it is the best home that we have stayed in in the past 3 years. We appreciated the extra room, quality appointments and excellent view. We also appreciated not being less that 20 feet from our neighbors like is common with all of the other properties that we looked at last year when we found this one. Caldera Springs is much more suitable for our needs. We have already reserved it for next year. Our only problem was with the dishwasher. The top rack would not fully retract at times and the bottom rack would not stay on it's roller tracks. It also continues to run the heated dry cycle, even when turned off. We used the Traeger grill several times. I would suggest that there be an extension cord because the existing cord is not long enough to allow the grill to be operated outside of the garage. Looking forward to next New Year's Weekend.

Website is accurate, no surprises, no dissappointments, fully equipped kitchen including non perishable spices, multiple coffee maker options, and all the cookware/utensils to easily serve our group of 13 fancy bfast/dinner. Pull-outs featured dense foam that were surprisingly comfy. WiFi solid, hottub 102F and spotless upon arrival and featured long views. Lotsa toys in the garage. Master shower is an experience by itself. By far the most opulent property we've enjoyed in 20+ years of renting at Sunriver. Easy to recommend. Bennington's app for IOS & Andriod made communication/access painless. Only area of improvement would be snow-removal on driveway/walkways..kinda of a nit really, Cheers!

We wanted to stay somewhere special for our winter get away and this house was everything we'd hoped for. The large table was a gathering spot for us not only for meals but rousing family game times. This house sits on the golf course and with the snow it was beautiful to look out each day. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to create gourmet meals. Everyone took turns cooking and there was plenty of room to sit and visit with the chefs. We will definitely be back!

this house was perfect in every way for our family getaway! Cozy rooms, the warmest fireplace & a spacious kitchen was everything we needed! The layout and design of the house was amazingly beautiful- we couldn't stop talking about the custom cabinets, vaulted ceilings, etc. So extravagant! The only negative was that the jets in the master bath spewed out black stuff when turned on, but other than that, no complaints whatsoever:) I highly recommend staying here any time of the year, but I particularly enjoyed the coziness of staying in while gazing out into the winter wonderland!

We love working with Bennington Properties. Have stayed with them several times and they are responsive and great to deal with. Our only complaint about the house this time is that there was no spray cleaner anywhere in the home. There are tons of kitchen counters and nothing to clean them with!<br/>We stayed in this same home 5 or 6 years ago and I would say it is in excellent condition, still.<br/>They are great about dogs - which is one reason we keep coming back.

The location of the rental property was spectacular and was the highlight of our stay. My only criticism of the property is that it really is that we were not told of where the additional beddings were. Also, the showers upstairs were extremely weak as far as water pressure goes. The master bath is great! I think this place is wonderful for one family but 2 families is pushing it. The location is spectacular with views of Mt Bachelor and 3 sisters as well amazing sunsets!

We were granted an early check in at noon, which was awesome because we didn't have to kill 4 hours. Check in was flawless. The house is stunning, we walked around for 4 days saying "ughhh I don't want to leave".<br/><br/>Kitchen is appointed perfectly. With every creature comfort you could ever need. <br/><br/>The house is set up with three master suites, and two queen sofa/sleepers. (And a twin pull out). the master on the main floor has an insane shower with 7 shower heads... Amazing!<br/><br/>I can't wait for my next trip to sun river, I will definitely stay here again.

56994 Dancing Rick is a beautiful property. The home has gorgeous vaulted ceilings, amazing millwork throughout and a large kitchen with an extended sitting area. It was perfect for our ski vacation. Just lovely. Would highly recommend.
