A wonderful, classic Sunriver Cabin with lots of cedar accents and newly remodeled kitchen! Up to 8 guests will sleep comfortably in the 4 bedrooms; 1 California King, 2 Queens, and 1 Pyramid Bunk. Each floor has a full bath, the loft with TV and sitting area provides a secondary living space to sneak away and read a good book, work on that puzzle, or play one of the many board games provided. Enjoy a friendly game of foosball. Located a short distance to the shops, restaurants, grocery store and activities at Sunriver's Village mall, perfect for a ride on the 4 adult bikes provided. 8 Deer is the perfect home-base from which guests can explore all the area has to offer! Soak under the stars in the home's private hot tub or enjoy a BBQ'd meal on the back deck.

We always enjoy Sunriver and this time was no different. The house was nice and a good value. Really appreciated the owners having tons of games and activity equipment for us. Great location as it was close to the Village.

Amazing amenities, discs for disc golf, pickleball paddles, foosball and other fun things. Great location really close to the village. Downside management doesn’t supply shampoo, conditioner or hand soap.

We don’t leave shampoo and conditioner in the home, but we keep some travel sizes in the hospitality hut outside the front of our office. This home is in a great location. We walked and biked everywhere! The biking trails in Sunriver are hard to beat, which allowed our kids to have some freedom and independence they don't usually get where we live in Portland. The house has a great floor plan - we were impressed with how many bedrooms were packed into a smaller space and everything still felt very comfortable. The game room upstairs is great for families. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time staying at this property. It is very close to the Village and easy to enjoy a bike ride on the trail nearby. This is a cozy little cabin and worked well for 5 adults and 2 small children. The house comes with some fantastic recreation items including 4 adult bikes, foosball table, disc golf gear, and pickleball gear. The property also came with a pack and play and high chair which is fantastic and one less thing to pack if you are traveling with small children. We had a great stay, easy communication and I would definitely use Bennington Properties again!

We are no stranger to Sunriver and have stayed in numerous homes over the decades; often staying in our friends's homes. Our family expanded with our kids being young adults and needing room for their family and friends. I loved having the electronic door locks! We were able to just go straight to the house rather than needing to check-in at the business location first. Not only was this in the perfect location (for us) with the bike path just a short walk out the back door, but this home was well appointed with serving dishes, a handmixer, measuring cups & spoons along with plenty of games for all ages. We loved having the baby gates to keep the toddler safe whether we were upstairs or downstairs. We'll be returning in the summer for sure!

Nice home, train a bit loud in the evening but nothing intrusive. Temperature balance between upstairs and down is what you'd expect from an A frame. Altogether very nice residence.

Only flaw was the toilet set in the upstairs bathroom was cracked.

The house is perfect for four guys on a golfing vacation. This is our second year at this house. It's within walking distance of the village and easy to get to the Sunriver golf courses.
