This attractive Sunriver vacation rental home boasts a fantastic location and many alluring features, making it a wonderful place to call home during your visit. Situated a short trip down a paved pathway from the playground, picnic area and ball fields at Fort Rock Park, the setting offers convenient access to all of the excitement of the area while providing a quiet retreat with plenty of outdoor space for entertaining.
A beautiful kitchen with granite counter-tops and stainless appliances, vaulted tongue and groove ceilings, hardwood flooring, a private queen ensuite bedroom and a bonus family room are just a few highlights your group will discover when staying in 4 Diamond Peak!
The main living area is on the second story of this 3 bedroom home along with the kitchen, dining, Ensuite bedroom and a full bathroom. A Queen bed, vaulted ceilings, large windows and a TV appoint the ensuite bedroom. Curl up to watch a movie or the big game on the TV in the living room, or send the kids downstairs to the family room to do the same while the rest of the group enjoys a glass of wine out on the large, upper deck. A gas BBQ grill, patio and lounge seating are available for your use.
Downstairs on the entry level are 2 guest bedrooms and a full bathroom in addition to the family room. One of the bedrooms has a comfortable Queen bed and access to the spacious lower deck where you will find a private hot tub and additional patio seating! The second bedroom accommodates two with a Twin Bunk bed, while the family room has a TV/DVD player and offers a futon for up to two additional guests. A washing machine and dryer are made available for your convenience.
When you are ready to explore Sunriver, be sure to take a bike ride along the miles of paved pathways winding throughout the area on one of the 2 adult bikes provided with the home.
Family reunion? Great! Book this home along with our 23 Diamond Peak home across the street and have room for the whole family.
This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

We were thankful for the fans. The deck/hot tub and space is nice. The property sent numerous texts and emails to explain things. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and not right by all the Sunriver traffic.

This house was beautiful! This was my first trip to Sunriver and I couldn’t have chosen a better property. We got good use out of the hot tub, grill, and bikes. I was OBSESSED with the layout of the house. Amazing stay and would go again.

The highlights are location, the open upstairs, the large fridge, the upstairs bathroom, and the dining room table. It was also very clean. However, the set-up itself was not comfortable...beds were painful, bunk beds were creaky, and the couch was not comfortable. There was not adequate seating in the living room as far as numbers go but we were grateful to have the Smart tv at night. The lighting in the living room made it difficult to read later in the day. A larger tv downstairs would be better as well.

This was a very clean, spacious, well located, and well appointed property. It was better appointed than the instructions ("starter" quantities of some necessities) suggested. There was an issue because the fireplace is not functional which is not obvious in the marketing remarks, but Bennington worked with me to find a solution. We enjoyed our stay, and would return if back in the area.

Future guests should know prior to booking and arrival that they are not allowed to use the fireplace. It was disappointing to get into the unit on a snowy night and see the little sign in front of the fireplace saying renters aren't allowed to use it due to "safety concerns." A cozy fire in the fireplace is the first picture posted on vrbo. Apparently that was photoshopped.

Everything you should need is provided, except maybe spices for cooking. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans, etc. are there including things like a waffle maker and slow cooker. We didn't use them but it was nice to have things like that available. The provided bikes are always fun to ride to ride.

Great location, clean and lots of space! We brought our 8 month old and he didn’t skip a beat in the new, comfortable environment. They even had outlet protectors! Hot tub was a really nice way to end our day. It’s huge too so if you bring more guests it’s great.

It is a beautiful, spacious home with lots and lots of everyday items in the kitchen. It is easy to find. This was a Birthday and Relaxarion weekend for us three friends. Bennington Properties placed Birthday cards and a surprise local Wine bottle in the home. We loved the space, the clean hot tub and the quietness. Great little home. I definitely recommend a baby gate for little ones as the stairs are dangerous. Kitchen is well stocked. No AC was really the big downside. Cooling the house overnight isn't enough to keep you comfortable in the summer afternoons. The first floor windows and doors are also very easy to break into if they are left open at night. AC would help make my review a 4 or 5. If you come in the cold months, not an issue at all
