Welcome to 11 Duck Pond Lane!
Natural light fills the living area as you enter this spacious, air-conditioned 6 bedroom, 4 bath multi-level home. The main level includes the kitchen, featuring a gas cooktop and built-in banquette. The large dining table is perfect for family dinner and post-dinner games with a sliding glass door leading out to the deck with your own private hot tub. The living room finishes off this space with a wood fireplace perfect for warming up by on a chilly Sunriver evening. Just off the living area is a King Bedroom attached bathroom with shower.
Up a half flight of stairs, you will find an office for your work or school from home needs. Also on this level are two queen bedrooms and a shared bathroom with shower/tub combo.
Up another level you will find a queen ensuite bedroom with spacious bathroom featuring a jetted tub and shower combo.
Head downstairs to find a bunk room with three sets of bunk beds, bonus room with large TV, flat screen TV, DVD player mini fridge and wet bar and a queen bedroom plus a full bathroom with a shower. The attached garage houses a ping pong table for fun-filled competitions.
When you are ready to get outside, head out on one of the 4 adult bikes to explore Sunriver, or enjoy a BBQ on the upper deck.

Beautiful place with lots of places to sleep. It felt very private considering we were surrounded by other homes. The house had everything we needed, including extra towels and a fully stocked kitchen. The company was very easy to reach and always responded at a good time.

Would definitely stay here again.” Perfect for a large family or group. Excellent floor plan, and spacious living room/dining room. Well appointed kitchen, with every pot, pan, dish and utensil one would possibly need.

If you need plenty of room for a large family or friends, this is the one. We and our guest enjoyed our stay. the home was as advertised and suited our needs. We needed more refrigerator space and an extra one was delivered the next day. the day we arrived, we were given large ice chests for our extra needs. Every thing we asked for was delivered timely.

Great location and wonderful house for the whole crew! It's hard to find larger homes that can accommodate more than 10 people. This was perfect. We also loved being right on the river!

Great house, lots of room. Comfortable beds. The housekeeping coming in was very good. Very well equipped in the kitchen ( somewhat unusual for VRBO) and throughout the rest of the house. Large hot tub. Very nice house for a large group / family

This was a phenomenal house! There was plenty of space for four families to spread out and relax. Our group has been getting together yearly for more than 15 years for a "snow" weekend and this home was one of the best we have stayed at. The house is along the Deschutes River and we enjoyed a long walk on the path by the river and the kids had a blast playing outside in the fresh snow. Bennington responded promptly to a concern about the oven and was very kind when it turned out to be user error. I would highly recommend this house if you are looking for some family fun!

The house is beautiful., big, clean, had Everything you could think of to enjoy your stay. From games , to bikes, hot tub to relax, music, we fully enjoyed everything, we HIGHLY recommend this home

The location was great and the configuration of the house suited our needs well. The large, updated and well equipped kitchen was great. The house could use some maintenance (loose front railing, broken towel ring, loose kitchen cabinets, etc.) and freshening. Also, in the future, we will look for a house that accepts two small hypo-allergenic dogs.

The house was great for our family gathering for new years and some snow skiing at Mt. Bachelor. We had 8 adults 5 kids, and an infant. The older kids loved the downstairs bunk beds and play area. The kitchen and living/dining area was a great gathering area for the group. There was plenty of space to keep a young baby separated for his and the groups benefit! Hot tub was a real perk after a long day of skiing.

Great home with nice separation of space. We are 12 ladies with varied interests, and found plentry of space for our activities. Suggestion: be sure the housekeeping staff check the laundry chute. There were towels in the chute when we arrived!

We have rented many homes at Sunriver over 30 years and this one was typical of what we have found. Comfortable. Serviceable. Some of the mattresses need replaced but overall a house we would rent again. The staff at Bennington were terrific .
