Gorgeous luxury home! Spacious but cozy. Plenty of beds and space for multiple families. Gourmet kitchen, just need to bring your groceries. BBQ on deck with serene views and a spa/hot tub perfect for relaxing and even watching the starts at night. Dual laundry rooms; lifesaver with multiple kids and families. Plenty of adult bikes (we brought our kids bikes) to explore the plethora of paved bike trails around Sun River. This luxury rental home also included passes to the Sun River Aquatic Park, a definite must for anyone with kids. This home was a true luxury! Well stocked, the owners have thought of everything you will need, just bring your food and clothes and enjoy your time in Sun River. Thank you for some amazing family memories!

Absolutely loved our stay. Beautiful and very clean. Roomy enough for all 12 of us. Loved staying here, and the hosts were very responsive and so wonderful to deal with. We would DEFINITELY stay here again! One of the best AirBnB's I've stayed at!

The sleeping arrangements for 18 people was outstanding! The remaining indoor space was barely adequate, although very well furnished. This being particularly true in our 100+ degree weather in the afternoons (or equally in a snow storm) when going outside to the very nice deck would be very unpleasant. The ping pong table made for a good tournament and the hot tub was enjoyed early and late. The hotel type single soaps for each of the bathrooms was quite inadequate for showering of 18 people following activities. We bought bar soaps. The kitchen did very well even for this size group. All in all, we had a great time, but have had larger places at a better value in the past. This location privacy from street and bike path traffic was a nice plus. We also own in the Ridge and have frequently visited Sunriver since the 1970's. And, we will be back.

What a wonderful house for 4 families-plenty of bedrooms and space to spread out. Great kitchen and bathrooms, back porch a great gathering place-Sunriver was so much fun for all ages. But it was the house that made it possible for us all to enjoy our time together.

This is a great home for large groups; there were 18 of us and we had plenty of room. The multiple bathrooms, the ample kitchen, the common areas were terrific! Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived.

We rent homes in Sunriver once or twice a year. We find that some homes have cheap beds and older furnishings, making the stay less comfortable. That was not the case with this home. Excellent beds and furniture as well as good quality tv's and good kitchen appliances. The extra fridge in the garage is a great touch for larger holiday gatherings with lots of people needing lots of food. Separate upstairs and downstairs entertaining areas work well with separating kids and adults if desired.
