The hot tub in this home has really deep seats and is slippery and challenging to enter and exit. The house is set up well for families and has a well-stocked kitchen. The dining room is a nice place to eat with the screened doors open - it’s like being outside but without bugs!

This was one of the best rental I ever stayed in! The house was super clean and everything was well prepared, kitchen incredibly stocked (more than my house...), new appliances, new kitchen towels. Endless amount of kitchen tools, plates, glasses. The stay is very well organized with clear messaging on what to do, how to do it, etc...Both check-in and check-out were a breeze. I will definetely rent again from Bennington and for sure highly recommend!!

This home is family friendly. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything I needed to cook, and the dining table seats 8 and is also a nice size for playing games and building puzzles. You can bring your own, or you can play the games the rental provides. We played many competitive games of ping pong on the table provided in the garage. We also enjoyed bike riding on the Cruisers. We loved the real wood burning fireplace, and the comfortable furniture. The bedrooms have comfortable beds and TV's, as well as extra blankets and pillows. Very clean rental...felt like home.

This is a great house to spend the holidays in. The location is excellent for getting out to the village or up to the mountains to ski. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen has everything needed for a great vacation stay. Very nice hot tub to warm up in after a day of skiing.

We decided to get away to Sunriver over the 4th of July weekend during this crazy pandemic time and we are so glad we did. The house at East Butte 21 was absolutely sparkling clean, which is always very important, but was extra important to us during this weird time. We received 2 emails prior to check in describing the cleaning processes that the cleaning staff uses. There wasn't a speck or spot to be noticed. Amenities were perfect, the beds were comfortable, and the bikes were an added bonus. The back deck is lovely to sit on in the morning with a cup of coffee. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the layout of the home, it worked well for our growing family as we had a grand baby with us. We will definitely want to stay at this house again until our family grows more than we will have to get bigger home. We had 6 adults and one baby. The third room had two twins in it which worked out fabulously with our 22 year old daughter and 17 year old son. loved the ping pong table

21 East Butte was In Excellent condition, and furnished comfortably nice. Bennington Properties and management is a step up from other homes we have come across over the years. It was clean, everything was in working order, kitchen well stocked ( down to spices), propane had gas, the hot tub was clean and ready to use, and the beds were all comfortable! The location is an easy straight-shot to the Sharc and Village. My BFF and I will continue to use Bennington from here on out for future stays with our kids. I also appreciated the fact that you supplied bikes as the owners have theirs locked up in the garage. We also received a 50 percent off Sharc credit from Bennington as this Home does not supply passes for the Sharc. Thanks for everything, including your excellent customer service!
