Upon entering 5 Fox Lane you'll be welcomed by the cozy living area with wood beamed ceilings, slate tile gas fireplace, TV and plenty of seating, including a sleeper sofa.
The updated , fully stocked kitchen has your cooking needs covered with new appliances, standard and Keurig coffee makers, plus wonderful views of the surrounding forest.
You'll also find an updated full bathroom with shower/tub combo on this level.
Head upstairs to find both bedrooms, 1 King Ensuite with an attached 1/2 bath and bedroom 2 with a Queen bed and a Twin bed.
Be sure to check out the back deck and enjoy a dip in your own private hot tub or fire up the gas grill and enjoy dining al fresco.
When you are ready to explore Sunriver, head out on one of the 4 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental for the 40+ miles of bike trails; be sure to check out the nearby paved pathway along the Deschutes River.
This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

The owner/manager is very responsive. It's a basic and pretty nice house. If you have kids, need to bring you own bikes and other games, if those are the things you plan on doing there. There is only one shower in the house. The floor underneath the master bedroom squeaked. There was no toaster, which was a surprise as we were preparing breakfast in the morning. While not a big deal, but toaster seems to be a very basic kitchen appliance.

Wonderful pace for a quick getaway. My wife and I took both our dogs. Really enjoyed our time there, it was peaceful. Had to bail out of the king bed, it was too soft for us, beds in second room were great. DVD player old and needs to be replaced. Everything else marvelous, staff are great, this was a good value for the price. We will return to Bennington Properties again.

We loved staying at 5 Fox Lane! It was a great little place for us to celebrate our mom's birthday. The Bennington Team even gave us a bottle of wine to help get the party started. They were sweet and very helpful! Our constructive feedback is there were two holes on the exterior of the house and these little birds, similar to woodpeckers, pecked at those holes from about 5am through sunset each night. That made sleeping in and taking a nap very difficult. It was so loud! Also the quality of the bikes wasn't great. We spent more time trying to repair them, and pain stakingly filling up every tire with a hand pump, than we did riding them. It was nice to have them there but was a very slow start. Overall we had a great time! The place was decorated cute, and the location was perfect with close access to the village. The dining table was great for board games and puzzles and the hot tub was lovely. We would totally stay again if the holes were patched and we'll bring our own bikes next time. Thanks for the great customer service and a wonderful birthday trip for mom!
