Located conveniently between the Deschutes River and Woodlands Golf Course, this home has everything needed for a relaxing weekend away. The well-stocked kitchen with Keurig and gas cooktop is adjacent to the dining room with seating for 8. A cozy wood stove adds warmth on those chilly winter nights, and ceiling fans throughout keep this home comfortable on warm summer days.
Relax in the secluded living room, enjoying a movie on the flat screen TV, or just taking in the beautiful Deschutes River views. This room is furnished with a Queen sleeper sofa for extra space. Head out to the back deck for some fresh air, sunshine, a soak in the private hot tub or to fire up the grill.
Downstairs find a King bedroom suite with an attached full bathroom with gorgeous marble tile and oversized tub. Bathroom leads out to fully enclosed private hot tub area.
Adjacent to the kitchen is another full bathroom/laundry room.
Upstairs, you’ll find another full bathroom with marble tile and twin shower heads, as well as two nicely separated bedrooms. One is a large King bedroom and the other is a Pyramid bunk with twin over queen bed.
This home allows a maximum of 2 dogs per reservation with a $250 refundable security deposit.

LOVE this house!! Beautiful view of Deschutes, great for areas to gather. Appreciated the full bath added to main floor, the amazingly stocked kitchen, bountiful linens, expansive deck with several loungers, large garage, and well-maintained cruiser bikes, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood with privacy, multiple fans (no AC needed with cooler nights), large table for several guests, and spotlessly cleaned and arranged. We keep coming back to this house, and will buy it when we win the lottery!

The house can comfortably house six to eight adults and older teenagers but the pull-out beds are not very comfortable. No A/C was not an issue until the temperatures hit record levels for the last couple days. The kitchen is well-stocked. The view of the river was great, even with the shed in the back. A great house for families who like to float the Deschutes. You can put in at Harper's bridge for a longer float or the marina for a two-hour float and takeout right at the house.

Pictures don't do it justice. The layout is a little different, but the place is very nice, very comfortable, huge kitchen. great patio. One downside to note: the hot tub is right outside the bedroom on the main floor, and the heater and pump are fairly loud and it cycles on throughout the night. It can be rather annoying.

Great place and perfect location. Bennington properties responded quickly when the smoke detector needed new batteries. The beds were so comfort and the kitchen/dinning area is great for groups to gather. We loved it!

It's definitely right on the river. We didn't get to swim or float much as it was so unseasonably cold and rainy. Bike path is 30 yards away. Super place for kids and kitchen had everything we needed to cook well at home.

This was a very comfortable, cozy home in a nice quiet location by the river in the NW corner of Sunriver with a large open kitchen/dining area. For two couples, the arrangement of the upper & lower king bedrooms is perfect. Beds are comfortable (medium to medium-firm). The WiFi in this property is better than 90% we have stayed in (e.g. measured 70/5Mbps down/up). Bikes are cruiser style, so if you want something better, rent or bring your own.

We had a wonderful time staying in Gannet 15. There were 8 of us total and the house was a perfect size. Everything was great from the huge well- equipped kitchen to the garage filled with bikes for us to use. We loved that a nice bike trail to the waterfall was very close to the house. I loved the view of the Deschutes River from the house as well as the deck which would have been perfect for eating our meals but unfortunately the weather was not the best. So we enjoyed out meals in the dining room with it's beautiful wooden table that easily sat us all. Everyone was very helpful at Bennington especially Haylie who helped us with going to the High Desert Museum. That was a great outing for our grandchildren! Thanks for everything!
