This newly updated home has everything you need for your Sunriver getaway including a huge fenced in yard with a large deck for relaxing in the sunshine, BBQ'ing and watching the kids play.
Upon entering the home you'll find a light-filled living space with wood burning fireplace, cozy seating and a big flat screen tv. The great room also includes a dining area with seating for 8 at the table and 2 more at the kitchen counter. The modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare all of your favorite meals with a gas cooktop, stainless steel appliances and a Keurig (bring your favorite pods).
Just off of the kitchen you'll find the laundry room and a full bathroom with shower/tub combo. This bathroom is available to guests of the three nearby guest bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and one with a full over full bunk bed plus trundle.
The ensuite bathroom has a cozy king bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet and private bath with walk-in shower.
If the outdoors are where you want to be, down hill and nordic skiing, snowshoeing, and sledding, are all only about 20 minutes from your doorstep. In the summer, enjoy floating the Deschutes River, fishing, or playing a round of golf at one Central Oregon’s premier courses.

This is a lovely home. It has a huge backyard with a firepit and 2 other seating areas. The fenced yard was perfect for 2 dogs. The kitchen is well-equipped. We lacked for nothing! I would definitely stay here again, with or without dogs.

...Would be that we would have been able to stay longer. We truly loved our time at the house and didn't want to go home. However that pesky little thing called work got in the way of us staying longer.

Perfect location for a Sunriver Trip or a Mt. Bachelor vacation. Big enough for the whole family. Has a huge fenced backyard for summer time/outdoor entertainment and pets. Quiet location with plenty of parking.

My husband and I stayed for the long President's Weekend. We brought our 100lbs Alaskan Malamute to enjoy the lovely backyard. The home is beautiful and we cannot wait to be back! It's quiet, peaceful and close to Mt. Bachelor!

Spacious, clean home with a large backyard. Well stocked with essentials. Beautiful backyard, but note it's not directly in the Sunriver community with bike paths, SHARC, tennis courts, etc. Minimal drive to get there.
