This fabulous Sunriver vacation rental home is conveniently situated along a paved pathway between the shops and restaurants in the Village at Sunriver and the fun at Fort Rock Park - perfect for families of all ages to get out and explore everything this area has to offer. With over 2,000 square feet of air-conditioned living space, 4 bedrooms (including 2 ensuites), plus a bonus family room, 18 Juniper will comfortably accommodate up to 12 of your closest family and friends.
The main floor features an open-concept floor plan; the living room with ample seating, a flat-screen TV, gas fireplace and vaulted ceilings opens first onto the large, wood slab dining table with seats for 10, then onto the well-equipped kitchen. With hardwood floors, tiled countertops, stainless appliances, and a gas range, meal-prep is a breeze. Step through the sliding glass doors off the dining area onto the back deck to lounge in the sun, grill on the gas BBQ and dine under the stars! The private hot tub will be ready and waiting for your enjoyment. A large ensuite bedroom with a King bed, en-suite bathroom, flat-screen TV and convenient access to the hot tub is also found on this level. Head upstairs to find a fun bonus family room, upper deck, 2nd ensuite and 2 guest bedrooms. The upstairs ensuite features a King bed and attached bathroom. One of the guest rooms has a custom lodgepole Queen-over-Queen Bunk, and the other has a Twin-over-Full Bunk - these two rooms share a full bathroom, located in the hallway. The family room doubles as a 5th sleeping area/game room with its own flat-screen TV and foosball table and sleeper sofa that rolls out into a bed.
Aside from comfortable accommodations, the "extra" amenities at 18 Juniper will not disappoint! Challenge the group to a game on the Wii console or at the ping pong table in the garage. Two pack-n-plays and two high chair seats are available for the little ones. When you are ready to explore Sunriver, head out on one of the 3 adult bikes standing ready. Choose your adventure - the tennis courts and playground at Fort Rock Park, acres of green fairways at the 2 award-winning Sunriver golf courses, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats along the Deschutes River are all accessible within a few miles of 18 Juniper Lane. Looking for wintertime fun? Try snowshoeing on the fairways or head up to Mt. Bachelor, just 20 miles from your front door. So, what are you waiting for?

Heat was driven by the fireplace rather than the furnace through the thermostat. This made for uneven heat distribution throughout the home. The downstairs bedroom was very cold due to this issue. We did end up getting a space heater but the first 2 nights were very cold until we figured what was happening. Other than that great setup for families with dogs.

This home is perfect for a pet-friendly rental. The back deck is fully fenced, which is great for dogs. The two master suites are such a bonus, especially with the separation of space (one upstairs one downstairs). Everything in the home was in good working condition (bikes, hot tub, kitchen appliances, TV, etc.). The home is clean, comfortable, and the open layout downstairs is perfect for getting together with friends or family. We would highly recommend Bennington Properties, and would absolutely rent this home again! The home was perfect for our long weekend.

Great house with easy access toVillage, SHARC and other. Sunriver attractions. Adjacancy to mainroad (Beaver) was a minor distraction as are the nearby traintracks with the middle of the night train. Wasnt an issue for us but some people might not like it. Bennington staff met all of our needs, house was one of the best equipped ones we have rented at sunriver.

Hot tub key is hanging on the wall in the kitchen. Plenty of spices available. Plenty of towels and laundry soap was there too. Bring hand soap for all the bathrooms and kitchen.

This home has every thing you could possibly want! There are pleanty of kitchen items, everything in working order. The best part were the legos and toys for the kids. The garage had a rack for wet boots and gloves that was very convenient. There was even a sled! This home is perfect for large families.

This is a great home for active people with kids and dogs! Loved it. Kitchen is very well stocked. The big tv in main room does not have a blu-ray (not a big deal, but the red box at the country store only rents blu-ray). Dining table is awesome, hot tub is awesome (but older). Lots of good bike choices. Ping pong and foos ball tables are high quality. Couches in main living are very soft (hard for elderly people to get in and out of). This house exceeded my expectations in the room offerings: two masters (the one upstairs is small but it has a king bed). Then there are two more rooms upstairs with nice double size bunks. My 12 year old son and 15 year old daughter took a room that had a double bunk. My 78 year old dad took the other room. My handicapped 73 year old mother and father in law took the main master on the ground level. All the rooms were appreciated by all, it was as if the owners knew what our family wanted and needed. Overall a great stay especially for families. Upside: great find, great value, especially for active families. Downside: very close to Beaver Rd and it's majorly trafficked bike path. Toss up: if your family has picky grandparents that value “privacy†or a “natural scenic view†most likely this isn't your place. For me: I loved it. I liked the location and the home's amenities.

The service from Bennington Properties was over the top! This is absolutely the best service we have ever had in a vacation home rental anywhere we have rented in the US. The check in and out procedures were seamless and the welcoming attitude of the phone, email and text messages were amazing! We loved the house and its closeness to the Village, Park and SHARC. We were very thankful for air conditioning and the accommodation of our dog. The back deck was actually railed and gated so we could completely enjoy the house without worrying about our dog getting loose along Beaver Drive.

Bennington Properties was amazing. Communication with a property manager is kepy while on vacation and Bennington Properties always responded quickly to our questions and always in a friendly upbeat manner. 18 Juniper was great. There was plenty of space for us, adults and children. Everything was comfortable and clean. We had a good sized group and didn't want to have to go out to eat and the kitchen was well stocked. Made cooking a breeze! We would absolutely rent this house through Bennington Properties again!

We loved the home, it fit our family wonderfully. The large table was the best. Great location. Only issue was we could not figure out the Heating and the downstairs Master was freezing.

Our families picked this location because it offered many activities and was in an outstanding location. We were not disappointed. The properties, we stayed at two, met all of our needs. The homes themselves were clean, well supplied and had everything a home away from home should have. Our group of 15, ages 5 -78, had activities where upon everyone had something they could enjoy.
