The kitchen was well equipped with sharp knives and clean pots/pans. During our stay, there were many kitchen accessories like a coffee grinder, 12 cup drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, squeeze citrus juicer, and rolling pin. All pristinely clean and in good working order. The whole cabin was very well appointed and in excellent condition. In winter time, the temperature was easy to control and keep the entire living space comfortable. Absolutely a top notch experience.

Location is not near the Village or Sharc. Good for up to 6 guests at the most. Master bath is tiny. Driveway is narrow and its best to back into it. The living room would have had a nice view which is totally blocked by the hot tub. Did not use hot tub or barbeque so cannot comment on those. On the plus side, the Bennington team was responsive, we had a bike with a flat tire and they fixed it right away. House was clean. Ample supplies. Overall not quite a 4-star experience.

Comfortable home, very clean (random cobwebs, but those come with rustic beams!) We used the master and regular bedroom, beds were comfortable, may be a little high for some people. Bathrooms were adequate, main bath shower head is very good, but not for tall people; master bath is tiny and the shower stall has a very tiny shower head, hot and cold water were fantastic and nearly instant response. Kitchen and utility area were clean and nicely stocked. Deck (which is in the front of the house), is well treed and stays cool for a large part of the day. Grill was clean and easy to use. Nearest bike trail is reachable on a natural path behind the house next door, and you are less than a 5 minute walk to Fort Rock Park that way. Did not use the ping pong or pool table, honestly if we were in the house we were too hot to move, we were staying in Sunriver at the beginning of the heat dome, and the house has no a/c. There are no blinds at the front of the house (sunroom area), which thanks to the trees is not a big deal. We were able to cool the house down to 70 degrees the first few nights of our trip when the high was only in the mid 80s… but by the weekend it was just too hot and not much relief at night, there are plenty of clean box fans provided and we froze trays of water to put in front of them, that helped! Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend this house for active people that want easy access to the trails and the park.

We were confronted with car issues from the first day we were staying there and appreciate all of the help and kindness we received. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and ready to accommodate. We had a great time! Having access to bikes made it so we could take advantage of all Sunriver had to offer despite not having access to a car.

This home was warm and well stocked with everything our family of 4 needed. Everything was clean, including the hot tub and the games in the garage were an added bonus. It was a perfect size and set up for us to make at least one meal a day and play a lot of games around the dining room table. The only thing I feel is important to let future renters know is that while the top bunk does have a bar across the side, it is rather low to the mattress and neither of my boys (12) and (9) felt comfortable sleeping on it for that reason. It didn't matter because there were plenty of other places to sleep.

This is really a great place to stay with teens. The ping pong table and pool table were greatly appreciated by our boys. This location is literally steps away from Fort Rock Park where there is a basketball court, tennis courts, etc. Another plus with teens. There was nothing more we could have asked for in terms of furnishings and appliances. Hot tub was immaculate. The property is a little dated, but falls right in the same realm as all the other properties in the area so I would not consider this a factor at all. I felt that if we did need something, Bennington Properties would have responded promptly. We were very comfortable there and we would definitely come back again.

We were delighted by the number and variety of places to sit. My favorite was on a rocker looking at the deck. The kitchen was well provided for basic cooking. Two people in our group are big time cooks, so they took equipment to supplement. Each bedroom had a fan (so welcome at night) and we used the fans in the living, dining, kitchen area during the day. The hot tub and pool table got heavy use. We bought new ping pong paddles and new (uncracked) balls because the provided paddles were awful. We left the new set for future residents to enjoy. The house suited us well and we greatly appreciated the SHARC passes. As always, our Bennington experience was grand.

The family and I had a great time at 12 Lark Lane. We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the home and the amenities it had. The bikes, SHARC passes, pool and ping pong tables were a hit with my teenage children. The wife and I enjoyed the hot tub and also the fully furnaced kitchen, which saved us hundreds during our stay preparing our food at "home." The only thing I would suggest is that the hot tub technician come after the present guests has departed. The early morning ring of the doorbell wasn't received very well. Thanks for the wonderful place, I would definitely stay at one of Bennington's Properties again.

We stayed from 5/25- 5/28. Bennington Properties's hospitality was unparalleled! We arrived to find a goodie bag and dog dishes for each of our dogs- labeled beautifully with their names. The bags also thoughtfully included lost and found contact charms for their collars. Our children were delighted to find they also had surprise bags waiting for them filled with coloring books. The house had all the amenities we needed to make a seamless transition from home to vacation home. It's location across the street from Fort rock park was great for both kids and dogs. There were: bikes, ping pong, pool and passes to SHARC! Even though it really heated up this weekend the house remained cool from closing the cool air from the night into the house by closing windows in the morning. We really enjoyed our stay. The personal touches were very welcoming, and the customer service was excellent. We look forward to visiting again!! Thank you!!

Had a great snowy MLK weekend spent at Lark 12. House was well maintained and very clean. They laid out a dog treat bag for our pup which was a nice touch. Garage was a little too cold to enjoy the ping pong or pool table but there was plenty of exploring in the area to keep busy.

Wonderful home! We really enjoyed the layout of the home- very comfortable. The for our family of 6. The natural light from the sun-room's windows make it seem even larger. Nice kitchen made it easy to prep and serve meals. The addition of the pool table and ping pong table was really appreciated! We had such a nice time just hanging out at the house enjoying games and each other's company. Thank you for the bikes and SHARC passes as well- we feel as though we really were able to experience all of Sunriver with the addition of these items. With friends staying at similar houses nearby, I can say that Lark 12 was my favorite.

We truly enjoyed our stay at 12 Lark in Sunriver. The house was spotless and overall well appointed. Our teenaged children spent hours playing both pool and ping pong, it was wonderful to see them enjoying time together. We also went on several biking excursions and were appreciative of the number of bikes at our disposal. Overall it was a great experience.

This is our second time staying at 12 lark lane and once again it did not disappoint! Great location, kid and pet friendly house,and passes to the Sharc center! Always clean, and with any amenity you could possibly need; pack and play, hichair, crockpot, sleds, bikes, toys, games, and plenty other things to entertain. Beyond impressed by the service at Bennington and the cleanliness of the house. Love the bike trails and park nearby, short distance to the Sharc. Can't wait to go back with the kids!
