This spacious, air-conditioned home is located in the heart of Sunriver, with easy access to anywhere you’d like to go. As you enter the home, you'll notice the beautiful wood and stone accents, high ceilings, and the feel of a ski lodge in the woods with ample space and amenities.
The open-concept living area is comfortably furnished with amenities like a large TV, with cable, surround sound, and gas fireplace. You’re sure to enjoy the gorgeous, fully stocked kitchen with lots of counter space for prepping all of your family’s favorite meals. Set up snacks at the breakfast bar or take your meal in the adjacent dining area with seating for 10. Just off of the kitchen is the Sunroom, a perfect spot to sit and enjoy quiet time with a good book and cup of coffee.
On the main level you'll find three bedrooms. Bedroom One is the king ensuite bedroom with walk-in closet, large soaking tub, gas fireplace, and access to the hot tub. Bedroom Two is a secluded bedroom with a king bed. Bedroom Three has a queen bed with adjacent bathroom.
Head upstairs to a sitting area with open layout, great for game night with the family, and another queen bedroom with adjacent full bathroom.
During the warmer months, enjoying grilling and eating outside on the side deck with forest views. With a washer and dryer, ping pong, and 2 adult bikes, 7 Lost Lane has all the amenities for a relaxing vacation.

Overall we had a wonderful stay. The place was very well equipped for children, including a high chair, lots of dishes for kids, and minimal dangerous items at low heights. Kitchen was nicely stocked with utensils for cooking and grilling. Air conditioning worked great during hot stretch of weather. Highly recommend!

This home accommodated 6 adults and 4 children without feeling cramped. The BBQ and hot tub were great and clean. The beds were comfortable and the cleaning staff did a great job of making the home feel new! Make sure to bring pantry items (foil, salt/pepper, spices, oils, soaps) and specialty cooking items. The golf course is a short walk away and the Village is only 1.5 miles!

Very impressed with quantity of serving dishes & utensils. Also plates, cups, etc. Nice to have a hot water pot. Lots of room for people to sit. Very nice kitchen. The check-in/out process was super smooth. The house was clean. (Yes, we tipped the house cleaners) The upstairs was surprisingly quiet considering the open areas. Best of all, the free pass to the aquatic center. It is much nicer than SHARC and has many more things to do like the rock climbing wall, basketball court, fitness equipment, etc.

The home was perfect for a winter extended family ski trip! There was plenty of room for six adults and five kids and all our ski gear, the kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and cookware we needed, the location was great, and Bennington guests get access to the Sage Springs gym and spa (a huge plus for our winter trip!) The Bennington customer service was exceptional, they had everything covered and we had no issues at all.... they even came over to take our trash bins out on trash collection day when we forgot to do it. We will definitely stay at a Bennington property on our next trip to Sunriver.

Lots of stairs - stairs to the front door, to the garage, to the second floor. It wasnt an issue for us but if my parents had come, it might have. Also, this location is very close to the SHARC but does not include passes (although Bennington has passes to other nearby gyms). Great experience and I hope to come back
