Warm and inviting, this thoughtfully furnished Sunriver home has the feeling of a cozy cabin in the woods. Air-conditioning keeps the home cool during the day, while a gas river-rock fireplace in the living room will keep you cozy when watching the big game or a movie in the living room.
A well-stocked kitchen provides ample supplies for creating the perfect meal - whether that entails a multi-course dinner at the adjacent dining table with seating for 6 or a relaxed BBQ lunch out on the deck. A gas grill can be found right on the deck for easy access from the downstairs living area.
There are two guest bedrooms and one full bathroom on the main floor. Bedroom one has a king-sized bed and cable TV. Bedroom two has a pyramid bunk, twin over full. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower/tub combo
The upper level features a loft/bedroom with a comfortable King bed, vaulted ceilings and attached bathroom. Blinds can be lowered in front of the loft to create privacy from the living area below.
Exploring Sunriver will be a breeze riding one of the 3 adult bikes provided with this home.

We had a beautiful stay here. The area is gorgeous and the house was so nice. Exceptionally clean, more than enough room, and everything was comfortable. We loved the two patios to sit outside and all the windows in the rental. The location was perfect! It's right by the bike path and close to everything. The bikes were the best! Comfy cruiser style bikes that were fun to hop on and ride around on the bike paths. Such a fun stay, we will for sure be back.

We went to this property as a family with our two toddlers. The property was clean, consistent with the description, and in a perfect location in Sunriver. The host was responsive to my contacts when we couldn’t find something (which ended up being our error) and they were gracious in response. Our kids loved the bathtub, the yard, and the fenced patio made cooking dinner easy on the bbq as a family. Instructions were precise and easy to follow for check in. The location was perfect for what we enjoy doing when we visit Sunriver, and the price was right in range for a young family to afford. We will definitely book through Bennington properties again. Thank you so much for making our vacation enjoyable and memorable with the space you provided!
