A luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium in the popular Meadow House complex with a view of the award-winning Meadows Golf Course. Conveniently located a short distance to the Village at Sunriver, Sunriver Lodge, you might opt to leave the car behind when out exploring the area!
This condo has all the upgrades and charm to make your Sunriver experience truly exceptional. The family chef will feel right at home in the gourmet kitchen with custom cabinets, slab granite counter-tops, stainless appliances and commercial-grade gas range. An adjacent dining area features a wood farmhouse table with seating for 6 and opens up to a great outdoor living space with comfortable patio seating, overlooking the golf course, and a gas BBQ for hosting summer meals. Head back inside to the living area, tastefully decorated with leather seating that boasts a flat screen TV, gas stone fireplace, hardwood flooring, board games and books-creating a great cozy feeling on a snow-filled winter night!
Down the hall is the laundry room, a full bathroom with jacuzzi tub and well-appointed ensuite bedroom with a comfortable King bed. On the upper level you will find the loft-bedroom suite with 2 Twin beds and a private bathroom.
This unit has air conditioning! Enjoy that cool A/C air or head outside and take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 2 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental house. No garage access with this home.

Very comfortable & within short walk of village. Cruiser bikes were very nice. There was lots of ‘how to’ labels throughout the home which greatly aided in knowing how to operate items within the home.

Beautiful condo looking across fairway toward airport. Western exposure so great sunshine in pm. Very private and set apart. Awesome biking paths and walking trails. It was perfect for two adults and two kids. The upstairs is open loft with two twin beds and separate bathroom.

This is a great unit. We loved how it was right near the golf course but set off a little for privacy. It felt like a private home even though it was a condo. We walked to the restaurants and used the included bikes to get a little further such as the nature center and Hola for great Margaritas. Initially I thought no hot tub was a big negative, but then found in the unit a nice Jacuzzi tub. Very relaxing. We'll be back and rent this condo again for sure.

It is very quiet but still walking distance to the Village. It is a very relaxing place to be in with a great view of the golf course. The place has a very nice well equipped kitchen.

This condo was perfect, it even came with two basic bicycles, the condo was a short walk to the village and the SHARC and the area was very quiet.Everything was great, the condo was extremely well stocked.

My wife, her mother and I stayed recently in the 49 Meadows House Condo. This facility was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Although the weather outside for the first few days was quite cool, it was warm and toasty inside. The gas fireplace was a great feature. The size of the condo was perfect for my wife, her mother and I with the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen had every utensil you could possibly need and we saved money by cooking several meals at "home". We brought our own bikes (but could have used those provided) to ride on the many miles of bike trails within Sunriver and even rode the 5 mile trail up to the Lava Lands Visitor Center. We would recommend this condo for anyone who is interested in a comfortable quiet stay in Sunriver.

Meadow house 49 was very comfortable, clean, stylish and well appointed. We like the complex, the views and convenience of being so close to the village & lodge. Only knocks, no coffee, shampoo/conditioner & we did not receive the email about the use of Sage Spring Spa until after we checked out.

Home was in great location and recently updated. It was clean and everything worked well. Bennington was attentive to any questions we had. It was almost 100 degrees during our week and the air conditioning worked very well! The only small issue was we vacuumed the living room rug since our infant granddaughter was coming and noticed some dog hair . Maybe a previous tenant snuck in a dog? But we would definitely stay here again we really liked the place.
