Overview
This incredible 4,400 sq ft home features five beautifully designed ensuite bedrooms and a bonus room with two built-in bunk beds.
As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by the great room with its vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and plenty of natural light flooding in through the windows. The chef's kitchen includes a spacious island for food prep, two ovens, a gas cooktop, and all the cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals.
The dining area can comfortably seat twelve, with additional seating available at the kitchen island. Just off the dining room, you'll find a large back patio with a private hot tub, built-in gas grill, fire pit, outdoor dining area, and beautiful views of the forest.
The primary ensuite bedroom, located separately from the other bedrooms on this level, has a king bed, large smart TV, gas fireplace, bathroom with double vanities, a spacious walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. This room also has access to the back patio.
The second and third bedrooms on the main level also feature king beds, ensuite bathrooms, and access to the back patio.
On this level, you'll also find a full guest bathroom, a large pantry, and a laundry room with two washers and two dryers. There's also a bonus refrigerator in the garage for extra food storage.
Upstairs, there's another impressive primary suite with a king bed, gas fireplace, large private deck, and an attached bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower. The second upstairs bedroom is also a king ensuite, and the third space is a large bonus room with a smart TV and a bunk room with two twin over-queen bunk beds.
The home is equipped with 1 gig WiFi, YouTube TV, an arcade game, an Eero WiFi Extender, and a NEMA 14-50 outlet for charging electric vehicles. Additionally, there are pickleball paddles and six Rental Cards (allowing access for 2 guests per card) for SELECT Caldera Springs amenities. IMPORTANT: Caldera Springs is a semi-private community, which means that you will NOT have access to some amenities (some amenities are only available to homeowners and select guests). This home comes with rental cards that will give you access to the Quarry Pool and Fitness Center, Discovery Park, Ponderosa Park, Sable Rock Park, all the lakes throughout Caldera, the paved and barked pathways, tennis/pickleball courts and the basketball court. Passes do NOT include access to Forest House pool or facility or the 9-hole golf course.

This home is fantastic. It's located in a great community with a lot to offer, with pickleball courts, basketball courts, streams, among others. The house is decorated wonderfully and thoughtfully that everything you need is there. It was large enough for our group to all sleep comfortably (8 adults). It's good for a couple of families (or a large one) as well as a retreat. The area is also very tranquil and a great location as it wasn't in everything, but close to it all, so you get the peacefulness as well as the proximity to make your stay easy.

The house we stayed in at Bend was modern, warm and absolutely loved it. The neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful, making it the perfect backdrop for relaxation. Plus, having a pickleball court right nearby was a fantastic bonus—I enjoyed every minute!

I just got back from an awesome stay at this home with a group of friends. I have to say, it was fantastic! If you’re looking for a chill spot big enough to host your friends or family, this place is perfect. The house itself is beautifully designed—super modern but still cozy. The big windows let in tons of natural light and really bring the outdoors in, especially the big sliders that open to the back patio. The décor is a great mix of style and comfort that makes you feel right at home. The neighborhood is super quiet. The house is surrounded by tall pine trees and is the perfect place to unwind. The beds are incredibly comfy! After a long day of hiking and walking around Bend, climbing into those plush mattresses felt like heaven. The kitchen is spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for cooking anything you want to make. The great room has a huge comfy couch and giant TV. It was the perfect spot for watching games and movies. Overall, this rental in Bend is a fantastic find! It’s perfect for making memories with your favorite people. We will definitely go back!
