We have rented this home many times. It has a well stocked kitchen with all the tools you need to cook, bake and grill. The split level provides 2 indoor living spaces, perfect for watching the big tv downstairs while others work on a puzzle upstairs. The deck really makes this house stand out - it's large wrapping around one whole end of the house, and is at the 2nd floor level so easy to access from the main level/kitchen. It has large and small outdoor tables with lots of chairs so we were able to eat meals outside.

Thank you Bennington Properties for such an amazing experience! Right out of the gate your service was impeccable! Being from Maui, Hawaii and headed for a family snowboarding trip to Mount Bachelor, we were unsure of exactly where to stay, and what to expect. I have to say, speaking with Ruby really made everything so much easier. She gave us great advice, and lots information about the area and what to expect about the area. We had searched and searched for homes, being unsure of which one would be the best fit. After speaking with Ruby and taking her advice she found us the perfect home that seemed the best fit for our 'Ohana. We choose Mt Rose and absolutely loved it and would stay again in a heartbeat. It couldn't of been any more perfect as we had Just enough room for our family. The kids loved riding bikes in the morning and going on a stroll before we headed out. We all Really loved coming home to a hot tub after being in the snow all day. The cozy living room with the fireplace and open kitchen gave us the ability to cook dinners, and enjoy family time all together in one room. The home was clean and we had more than enough supplies, and lots of amenities to keep everyone occupied! I highly recommend this home and this management company, and looking forward to our next Sunriver Vacation!

Superb Family Rental

The home is beautifully maintained and pride of ownership was evident. Home was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Appliances were high end for a rental and functioned great. The home layout was great for our family (parents and 2 adult children) with plenty of room to spread out and also come together for meals and movie nights. The lighting in home is excellent and bright, perfect for building puzzles on the spacious coffee tables in upstairs living room and downstairs family rooms. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Rooms were attractively decorated. Hot tub was in great condition and secluded behind tall fences, making for comfortable and private soaks with our family. Foosball and ping pong tables in garage were fun to use. Bikes were adequate, but tires had to be pumped up and one had a flat. Would love to stay here again.

Great living space and well supplied kitchen. Second story deck is fabulous, with stairs to hot tub along with ground floor access to hot tub. Comfortable house for 3 couples. Good temp control. We will definitely be back.

We loved our time at Mt Rose 2. The house is perfect for two families with its two separate living spaces. The kids could play downstairs while the adults were upstairs. Made for a peaceful weekend where everyone was happy! All amenities were provided and we were never wanting. Thanks for the great weekend!

This place was great for our group of friends and pup! There was a lot of space for us to all be comfortable the entire time. The ping pong and fooseball tables were a fun touch and we used them more than we expected. Also nice that there were so many bikes to use as the neighborhood has tons of great bike paths and of course hot tub was awesome. Would definitely stay at this same property/location again.

This place was so cozy, comfortable and spacious! The kitchen was very well equipped (better than my own). Loved having the multiple living rooms, bikes for use, ping pong, foosball, snow play gear. It was just the perfect place to gather with family and relax in the house and enjoy the outdoors nearby. Plus, the property management was the best ever! They had personalized welcome packages for the kids and the dog. It's going to be hard going to other places after experiencing this one!

Wonderful Sunriver Home

A wonderful well equipped home on the quiet north end of Sunriver. Despite the sweltering heat we enjoyed our stay, and were so thankful for the A/C in this house. As it was too hot to venture out in the mid-day we took full advantage of the ping pong and foos ball tables. The pictures only show two bikes, but there were many more available to choose from (would have been nice to know before hauling two of our own over.) Fantastic too, that the bedrooms all have their own baths. Don't hesitate to book this house, comfortable stay for all.

We loved the separation of space with the Master on the main level and the other bedrooms and family room downstairs. Everyone had their own space and their own bathroom. I think this home would also be amazing in the summer. Bennington Properties was exceptional with prompt responses to my questions via text. I really appreciate the extra effort to make our stay comfortable.

There were some issues with the hot tub but it was taken care of promptly. It would have been nice to have some pool passes however as our grandkids wanted to swim. It was a quiet area with a deck large enough to hang out and enjoy the family.

This is about our 8+ times with Bennington in Sun River, Oregon. Our 3rd stay in this actual property, because we like the house and the location at the resort. But most of all we are extremely please with the staff at Bennington. They are so organized and helpful. An example is Kristi king. She answers the calls at the office right there in the resort. And instead of just passing our request along, she fallows up and make sure our request was handled. Just another reason we return to Bennington Properties every year. Such a beautiful resort.

This was a very nice house, really nice layout and separation of rooms, and the deck was awesome (so big, with great seating options; very comfortable chairs). Nice, updated kitchen with comfortable bar seating, and the living room was very comfortable as well; it was a great house for enjoying dinner with the family, cocktails on the deck, then retiring to the comfy couches for tv at night. It's on a very quiet street with plenty of space between neighboring houses. Super easy walk or bike ride to the north store which was very convenient. The Village and restaurants are a few minutes drive away (or if you have the energy for a pretty long bike ride, it's doable). There are a lot of stairs in the house, so it's not ideal for elderly. The air conditioning wasn't working when we got there but Bennington was quick to send help and repair it; they are always very responsive- best management company in Sunriver (and we've stayed with several over the years).
