This fabulous home is like no other here in Sunriver. This home is spacious enough to accommodate a large group without crowding.
With its radiant-heated stained concrete floors and air-conditioning, you'll be comfortable whatever the weather. Rather be outside? There are two decks with 800 sq ft of additional living area that are perfect for large gatherings., plus a separate, private hot tub patio awaiting you.
You'll love the state of the art technology throughout this reverse-living home. For entertainment, enjoy the big-screen TV or a movie on the home theater system in the Family Room. Enjoy the convenience of the Family Room wet bar with its own refrigerator and microwave for soda and popcorn during a movie break. Or use any of the TVs in each of the bedrooms for viewing or video gaming on your own. Free Internet with both wireless and in-room Ethernet ports.
On the main floor, the Great Room is spacious enough for all guests to gather comfortably. The cooks can prepare a quick and easy buffet or a gourmet meal on the full suite of a chef's favorites appliances: 5-burner gas cook top, full convection oven, microwave, two sinks with disposals, large fridge with bottom freezer, and a super-quiet dishwasher. With 25+ feet of granite countertop space, there is room for several to pitch in with meal preparation and clean-up. Of course, there is a full complement of utensils and cookware for all occasions and needs and a new regular drip coffee maker and a Keurig brewing machine in the kitchen, as well (guests should bring their own coffee and K-Cups). There is meal-time seating for 12 inside, or use the gas BBQ on the patio deck when the weather is too nice to stay indoors.
9 Mt. Rose Lane can comfortably sleep 12+ guests with 3 King ensuites, 1 Full bedroom, 1 bunk bedroom with 2 sets of Twin bunks, and a fully enclosed media room/den with a Queen sized sofa bed.

This house is amazing! Perfect for our family, bedrooms on each floor so that everyone has a bit of privacy. We had 3 generations staying in the house. Big well stocked kitchen, a dining table to accommodate a large family. Low maintenance floors instead of carpet, big deck with plenty of seating. Check in time wasn’t until 5:00 which was later than we had hoped but on the flip side, this house is large, takes time to clean between guests, and was very clean. I would recommend this house for large groups and would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in this house 10 years ago and it is just as beautiful as before. The radiant floor heating is lixurious. The house could use some minor updates. You know, like the things you expect in luxury homes such as slow close toilet seats and cabinets and drawers that don't slam. This is the first time I've stayed in an Airbnb in a while that didn't have an air fryer either. How do you even use an oven anymore?! Other than that it was just as amazing as before! Just some recommendations; nothing that ruined our fun by any means. We will book it again in the future!

This home was perfect for 3 families with a total of 6 kids under 5! Each set of parents had their own floor and bathroom. One family had to share the floor with the kids, but not a big deal. Kids shared the room of bunk beds and one lucky one got a room for themselves. It’s a great house and we can see our kids having a great time there every year and still being able to utilize the space and rooms.

This home has a well equipped kitchen, however there is a surprising lack of furniture in the main living area. A sofa and one chair. Considering the number of people it can sleep this is very lacking for gathering inside with a group.online it shows well in reality it’s a very tired house on the interior. Not worth the money

This is a large, beautiful house and we really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen layout and amenities are perfect for large groups. Our group made use of the ping pong table in the garage and the large tables for dining, games and puzzles. We liked eating on the deck and cooking on the gas grill. I appreciated the nice laundry room and kitchen, as well as the spacious pantry for storing our food and essentials. It was great to have our dogs with us. Bennington staff were wonderful about communicating via text message. The kitchen sink leaked the second night we were there, soaking the bed in the room beneath the kitchen. We were able to shut off the water valve and maintenance arrived promptly at 9 am to fix the leak.

Honestly, it was great except the ridiculously small TV in the great room upstairs. I have stayed in many large homes in Sunriver and have never experienced that before. Especially during a holiday season and for the rates you charge during that time... Just would enhance the experience to improve that situation and upgrade it to a much larger TV so family can enjoy it together... downstairs is ok, but too small of a room for larger families.

I don't think we could've asked for a better home for our couples staycation. This home is spacious, clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We all enjoy cooking, and there was plenty of cookware and every gadget we needed for cooking gourmet meals together. The king bed was incredibly comfortable, and the soaking tub was much enjoyed. It was nice to have radiant flooring too, which kept the home cozy even when snowing outside. The upstairs can be kind of echoey, so it's nice that there is a separate TV room downstairs in case you want to watch a movie or hangout without music without disturbing others in the home. We enjoyed going for walks in the neighborhood, and though it was a bit of a hike we even walked to Sunriver Brewing which was beautiful in the freshly fallen snow. Thanks for a great stay! We had an awesome time. Oh, and I even saw a bobcat out the window while making my morning coffee!

This home is huge and great for a large number of guests. We had 12 adults so the bunkbeds were not the best. The kitchen is huge and easy for many hands to work together. We were thankful that the home isn't pristine so we weren't always afraid we would damage something. It was very comfortable for casual living. The master bedrooms were on different levels of the home which afforded privacy for the married couples. We enjoyed our time there very much.

Spacious and clean. Would be wonderful for a family reunion/gathering. The bikes, hot tub and ping pong were great additions. The boys loved the media room downstairs and claimed it as their own. Checking in and out was so easy and much appreciated. Bennington was so wonderful to work with - especially,Susie. This was our first visit to Sunriver and we will be back for a longer stay and will absolutely book through Bennington again because service was excellent and checking in and out was so smooth. This home is spacious and well furnished. It was ideal for a large group. We rented the house next door as well to accommodate a total group of 18-20 between the two homes. The kitchen was well equipped and had a great bar area for serving food. The bedrooms were comfortable and private. We would return here again and again.

Layout great. Furniture good. Kitchen is great. Has all the amenities. Deck is great. Hot tub very nice. Cons: despite tons of instructions the HVAC has a mind of its own. We just opened windows and doors to hear/cool. The TV downstairs had SEVEN remotes. Some had dead batteries. Some missing batteries. No remove for the actual TV though. It's was a massive headache figuring out how to watch tv. Hint there is a tiny button on the back of the tv to turn it on. Then use cable remote. The other six remotes are useless. Overall very happy with our stay. We had a big group and the house worked out great.

#9 Mt. Rose Lane It is a lovely home; and as always, our family had a great time. Concrete floors are very difficult for 74+ yr. olds (we had 3). The only problem we had was the lighting and heating. Apparently, one of the circuit breakers was tripped and then the bulbs were also burned out. We called and your company handled it immediately. We really appreciated that. But we had trouble with lighting all weekend. We could trade out for those at a lower elevation. But lights in the living room that are on a ceiling track, were dismal. By the time the long weekend was over, only 1 light was still working. The most we ever had was 3. Perhaps the cleaning people should check that out at the end of their cleaning. A couple times, one of us got caught in the shower and the light went out. The main living area and the downstairs TV room were exceedingly too warm. We tried several things which helped a little but not much. Of course, my sister loved this higher heating but then she keeps her home at 72. Don't have any idea where she came from. We have stayed with you in the past at different locations and like dealing with Bennington very much. We appreciate your prompt attention to any concerns we might have. Thanks for being honest and up-front. Definitely our style.

I do know that 9 Mt Rose has both radiant floor heat as well as a furnace which can cause some confusion. Generally the floors is all you need to keep the house warm but if the furnace is running also it can make things toasty in a hurry. I appreciate you bringing all of these issues to our attention. Nicely appointed and equipped with the exception of a worn out bed in the master off the rec room and a carpet upstairs needing cleaning. The owner has promised to replace the bed soon and carpet cleaning is apparently done on a regular basis -- just not before our stay.

My family and I have been going to Sunriver for decades now, and this is, by far, the nicest home we have ever stayed in. We were there with two families for 4 nights, and we had plenty of room for everyone, adults and kids included. The home was updated with some very nice appointments and amenities. It wasn't close to the village, but being that it was a long holiday weekend, we were away from the crowds and it was very quiet. Will definitely stay there again.
