This was a lovely home that served our family of 12 well. That kitchen was well supplied and all rooms were very clean. Two washers and two dryers were a savior for a family of 12! Easy check in and out too.

Home is exceptionally equipped for large gatherings !! Kitchen has many luxury amenities, including appliances and housewares just like home!! Location is excellent & there are plenty of bikes! Would definitely recommend this house!!!!!

Very nice Home and set up to accommodate large groups of people. We had 6 couples staying in it and we all got on just fine. Large areas to group up and eat at but also private rooms with private baths to escape to if you wanted. Bicycles were a nice touch and our whole group of 12 went on a bike ride together. Hot tub got used a lot and enjoyed every night. We had a problem with the upstairs A/C not working which was a big bummer. Bennington properties responded promptly and were nice about it but couldn't do anything to help us out until Monday. Since we were only staying the weekend that didn't help us out any. Other than that issue, we loved this house and would definitely rent it again for a large group.

This home is the perfect for Family gatherings small & large. It is so accommodating for all needs. It has everything you need for a large gathering when you want to get together and have a great evening with multiple households. Yet, it is cozy and comfortable if it is just two families getting together to play games and just have good family time. I have stayed in many house, but this is by far the best house we have stayed in Sunriver. So convenient, to golf, tennis courts, and pool. Can not wait to book a summer family event at this house. The Owner really put great thought into make this house comfortable for their guests. Thanks for opening it up for our use. We really appreciated the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this property with our three generation family group. The layout of the house allows everyone to have their own space, but at the same time enjoy the common areas as a group. The large kitchen was a delight to use, and could not have been more well-stocked with everything one might need to prepare family meals. One example was we had a make your own pizza party, and there were even enough cookie pans for everybody!. The kids loved the room with the bunkbeds, the hot tub, and games that were available. I would definitely recommend this property. The only thing that we thought was missing was chalk to go with the pool table!

Great place for larger or multiple families to stay and enjoy all that Sunriver has to offer! Close to pool, tennis, golf, and bike trails. Rooms were great size with very comfortable beds. Tons of bikes and awesome amenities for kids and adults to play games or just relax. We will for sure be renting this great house again!

What a great property to rent and what a great management company to work with. Having a large group is not easy to accommodate, but this property does the job. The bedrooms are big and comfortable and the bonus room and bunkroom is great for kids. Thanks for a great experience.

The property was exactly as it was presented in photos. We were lacking in nothing during our stay. We appreciated being able to leave as simply as putting dirty dishes in the dishwasher, running it ans locking up. I have told over 15 people at work what a great experience our family had.

Our group of 11 cousins thought 5 Mulligan Lane was beyond perfect. Each couple loved having their own king bedded suite. The large kitchen, great room and dining room gave us plenty of space to socialize. We could all fit around the dining table for meals. Having two dish washers was great. Having all those bikes in very good condition in the garage was fantastic. I counted 11 adult bikes and 6 kids bikes. There was even a tricycle. This home is very well thought out as to what a group would like to do and needs. My only suggestion is that the owners purchase a couple of water carafes to use for dining.

Everyone at Bennington was great to work with and very accommodating to our needs and schedule with getting in and out of the property. Our company team had a great time at the property and there was plenty of room for our meetings during the day and for us to relax and enjoy ourselves in the evening. Great family vacation spot. Thanks to Christina Huber, our week was a good one. However without her help, we would have been extremely disappointed, compared to our stay in this same house two years ago. The Sun River homeowners need to decide if they want to keep on renting their homes or not. If Christina had not been able to help restore some of the amenities for us, we would definitely be telling our friends to stay away from Sun River. In answer to your last question, we would only give a provisional recommendation to our friends and warn them about the homeowners association attitude toward vacationers. This would include the control of the pool and tennis courts. The North pool was not available at all - a big downer for people who just want a pool without the extras at Sharq. Beautiful home, beautiful resort area, lousy homeowners.

as always we had a great time at this rental house. Bennington Staff was excellent, and all our needs were quickly met by the management company. this house is hard to beat. we have stayed at many homes in sunriver, and this is the home we keep coming back to. there are many bikes, strollers and games to keep children entertained during the stay. pool table is actually pretty solid, wet bar is great and Foosball is quality. highly recommend for any multiple family group. not a bad room in the house.
