This was a great house. Comfortable beds. Large, well-stocked kitchen. Bikes were great too. Conveniently close to the village. Hoping that they fix the hot tub problems. Other than that, we would try to stay in this house again.

7 adults and 3 children fit just fine in this cozy well appointed home. Great location to village, trails, sharc and quiet cul de sac. Hot tub was great and bikes in good shape, even had sleds, tennis raquets, golf clubs and lots of kids and adult games...no complaints, would definitely rent again!

We were a family of 2 parents with our 4 adult children, all of whom brought their significant others, so 10 of us in all. Before arriving we were concerned that the home would not be large enough for us...Not So! The bedrooms all had a king or queen bed plus several rooms also had a twin bed or bunk beds. The master had a private bath and the other two baths were good size. The towel supply was good and the towels nice and thick. The table did indeed seat 10 people comfortably and the kitchen had more than adequate dishware ( many wineglasses, plates, glasses, two drawers of silverware... to last through more than one meal) The kitchen pots and pans were in good condition...no scratched up nonstick pans. We were concerned before coming that the house was not air conditioned. That was not a problem despite the days getting into the 90's. Every room had a fan and there is a large LR ceiling fan. Since the nights cool off in the high desert, keeping the blinds down in the heat of the day and opening windows in the evenings for the cool air was completely adequate. The service from Bennington was great. For example, there were 8 adult bikes that were in good condition when we arrived. Later in our stay one bike developed a problem with a tire and within 30 minutes or reporting the problem a bike repair person was at the home. The location is walking distance to the village which is convenient. It is also fairly near SHARC pool area, however we did not experience any noise from that active area. We had a great 6 days.

This house was perfect for our family trip to Sunriver! It is very close to the Village and Sharc which made it very convenient for us to get to our activities quickly. The house was clean and had enough room for everyone in our group of 8 people. We were pleased with the bikes that were available in the garage for our use as well. I would highly recommend this house and Bennington Properties to anyone coming to Sunriver. The staff at Bennington is fantastic and are very accommodating, especially Janae Smith, who helped us organize our trip. She is truly amazing and made our stay very special!

We just checked-out of 4 Muskrat today and we miss it already. It was the perfect size for two families of four; and there were still bedrooms we didn't need. The set-up in the non-King rooms, which includes one Queen bed and a bunk bed set, are great for maximizing space (or parents with little kids who want to try bunk beds but won't sleep through the night without mom and dad ;;) The home was clean and updated. Kitchen fully stocked. Location was ideal! Quick bike or walk to Village and SHARC. And the kids love the paved Circle on Muskrat Lane for riding bikes while adults prepped meals. If this home ever goes up for sale, call me first ;-) Thank you for a great back-to-school weekend getaway.

I am seriously beyond pleased with the overall experience with you guys. The home itself was clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed and plenty of it. When we had extra requests, you guys were quick to make it happen from fans in the rooms and pack n play and a high chair. Beds were comfortable and everyone slept great. Location was awesome, we walked to the village no problem even for the little ones. Customer service was as great as possible, everyone I spoke to was so nice and helpful. We will definitely be booking with you guys again!!!

The home was excellent for our family of 11. The kitchen was very well<br/>Equipped---could have used a griddle, but we had brought ours from home just in case. We had lots of snow which made getting in and out of driveway difficult,<br/>and a tree in relationship to the driveway and having poor visibility was a<br/>Definite liability. There were so many bikes in the garage, we could not get to<br/>The washer and dryer or outside to the garbage. We couldn't locate the can<br/>of cinders in the garage, but they could have been by front door, but we went<br/>In and out of house by mud room next to garage. Because of all the bikes in<br/>Garage, only one vehicle could be parked inside. The home itself was excellent,<br/>It was these other things that need to be corrected---especially for winter visitors.

The house was very nice and worked well for our group. We couldn't get the TV to work, so that was a small problem. The kitchen was well stocked with great equipment. The kitchen was really nice to work in. Overall, I'd say this is an excellent house and we had a great experience here. The property description was accurate, and the house was very well maintained and clean. I would definitely recommend this house to a group of our size.

We had 3 families - each with 2 kids and this provided more than enough space for us. I loved all of the beds that were available. I really liked all of the seating and all the little seating areas that allowed you to still be a part of the group (in the living room) yet still provide a separate area to play a game or read. It was also really close to The Village. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.
