This stunning 6 bedroom home, located on a quiet cul-de-sac, features one of the most amazing outdoor spaces you'll see in Sunriver. The large covered upper deck with built-in grill leads into a game room with shuffleboard, pool table and TV by way of folding glass doors. The upper deck also features ample outdoor dining space and a private hot tub.
In the main living space of this home you'll find floor to ceiling windows highlighting beautiful views of the golf course. With a large open layout combining the living room, kitchen and dining room, there is a great deal of space to spend time with family and friends. We love all of the seating available in this area of the house so guests can comfortably enjoy each other's company.
On the main level of the home you will find one King ensuite with gas fireplace. You will also have the option of another private King ensuite bedroom with murphy bed that is located in the game room.
The other four bedrooms are located downstairs and offer many options for guests. There is a King ensuite, Queen bedroom and a bunk room that offers two twin bunks and a pyramid bunk.
The 6th bedroom is actually a mini-apartment with private king bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, gas fireplace, two TVs and private entrance. There's also a 10' bifold door that opens to the lower lawn and view of the 6th green.
If the game room wasn't enough there is also ping pong in the garage! This one is a real show-stopper and sure to impress.
