Welcome to your next favorite single-level vacation home in Sunriver. Take a deep breath, this is a perfect accommodation for rest and recuperation. Located in a scenic and secluded setting in south Sunriver, surrounded by trees and offering breathtaking forest views, this home provides a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Deer and squirrels frequent the yard. After a great night’s rest, the large rear deck is a perfect place to prepare yourself for the wonderful day ahead by doing some yoga or stretching while listening to nature. Take your time to get out and sightsee a bit, take the inner tubes to float the river, check out the bike paths, nature trails, or enjoy a friendly game of Ping Pong or Tennis. If you want to try out the new Sunriver food cart pod, Century Commons Taps & Trucks, this home is in the perfect location. Easily walk to the village for shopping and a meal, or the business park for a late-night snack. The lodge is close by for a round of golf. Easy access to the Meadows Tennis Courts. Ride bikes on the nearby bike path along the Deschutes River for a picnic. For skiing or sledding, Mt. Bachelor is just a 30 minute drive away!
Inside this fully remodeled home the main living space boasts comfortable furnishings, gas fireplace, large, Smart TV and vaulted ceilings. Adjacent to the living room is the updated kitchen with gorgeous quartz countertops and a large kitchen island with additional seating. Just a few steps away is the dining room. Easy access to the outdoor deck with BBQ allows for outdoor dining when the mood strikes.
For relaxation and entertainment, the home offers two gathering spaces. In addition to the main living area, there is a second living room that has a 75” smart TV with surround sound and in house games, providing another cozy area for relaxation and socializing. This is great for those times when part of your group wants to watch a game and the rest want to watch a movie!
Need to get some work done? There are two office spaces to choose from, with a fast mesh network throughout the home. The home has a structed networking panel with CAT-5 cables to each TV and office space, so you can plug in and have the strongest available connection for your device!
There are two ensuite bedrooms, each with a king bed, Smart TV, attached bath (with both rain and hand-held shower heads and pebbled floors) and access to the back deck and private hot tub. One comes with a mini kitchen and adjustable bed! The other two bedrooms each have a queen bed and smart TV. Between these rooms is a shared full bathroom. All bathrooms have skylights, to allow for some cloud watching or star gazing while bathing!
And after a day of adventure, why not grab a glass of wine and head outside to the steaming, private hot tub? Or, grill up your favorite meal on the gas BBQ and toast to the perfect vacation getaway? The hammocks are wonderful for relaxing or some late-night star gazing!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything I could possibly need. The attention to detail was incredible—from the cozy bedding to the fully stocked kitchen that made cooking a breeze. The location was perfect, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood yet just a short drive to local attractions and restaurants. The host was exceptionally kind, responsive, and made sure my stay was comfortable from start to finish. What really stood out was the little extras: thoughtful touches like a welcome tray of goodies, fast Wi-Fi, and clear instructions for everything in the home. It felt like a home away from home, and I didn’t want to leave! I can’t recommend this place enough and will absolutely be booking again for my next trip. 10/10 experience!

This home is beautiful and nicely remodeled, has everything you need to cook, includes bicycles, floats and life jackets, two living rooms and a closet full of games. The beds were so comfortable and there were so many towels and pool towels that you don't have to constantly wash them. We look forward to staying here again!

The house was accurately described in the listing. It was very clean and had all of the amenities. The layout of the house was nice, with the Kitchen/Living room, 4 bedrooms, and an additional TV area. 2 of the bedrooms have their own bathroom, and then 1 bathroom for the 2 smaller bedrooms. There were 4 of us there for a golf trip, and each of us having our room was great. Would definitely go back again.

I haven’t stopped talking about this rental property at Sunriver since our visit this Summer. We wish we could have stayed longer. There was so much to do, we could have done it all more than once. We are regular renters & world travelers and this home has got to be one of the best places we have gotten to enjoy. If you're a nature lover, this amazing vacation destination home is well worth the stay. Walking inside I could finally take that deep relaxing breath because this is a perfect place for rest, and recuperation. We came prepared to fill the fridge a bit to start the morning slow & leisurely enjoying a quiet healthy meal before our adventures began. The beds are so comfortable we had a great night’s rest. The showers are amazingly roomy & everything is nice, new & so very clean! The garage was so organized & all set to charge our hybrid vehicle. It was full of bikes, inner tubes to float the river, & a ping pong table for a friendly competition. The game board options inside were more than I could have expected. Perfect for a cold or rainy day.

This home was one of the nicest we have stayed at in Sunriver. It must have been newly remodeled, all of the appliances were new, the hot tub was new, and overall everything in the home was so clean and spotless. The beds were extremely comfortable. They had everything you could need in the kitchen, including spices. They also had some kids plates. The board games were a lot of fun. They had spare bikes that were very nice to have, and ping pong in the garage. The location is very nice, about 20 minute walk to the village. It was great for a 1 year old and 4 year old, it was very baby-friendly (no stairs, nothing sharp for a baby to get hurt on). We would love to come back to this home next time we visit. We had such a wonderful stay.

We booked this place last minute to go skiing at Bachelor for a couple days. What a great find! The house was super clean, and comfortable. The kitchen seemed brand new with every kind of appliance. We loved the hot tub after skiing. The bed was so comfortable! There is a level 2 charger for cars in the garage which was handy for skiing- so nice to have a charged, warm car every morning. I can’t wait to go back!

We loved the large TV in the second family room. People were able to watch a movie in there while others watched a game in the front living room. The rain shower was nice. The outside access to the hot tub was wonderful.

We loved our stay in this beautiful newly remodeled home. It is fully appointed with new and beautiful furniture throughout. Kitchen is open and functional looking out to the family room with large fireplace and an adjoining dining area to accommodate large gatherings. The bedrooms are large and spacious with comfortable beds. I really enjoyed the attached bathroom with the outside access to enjoy the hot tub! The deck is large and will accommodate the whole family to enjoy the BBQ and the large forested backyard. Can’t wait for our next stay.

My husband and I stayed at Parkland 10 rental. The home is recently updated. Our stay wasn’t long enough! We spent our time relaxing and getting to know the space. There is everything you could want or need. Plenty of room to entertain in the home. The decor is relaxing and modern. There is room for all the recreational toys wether you like biking, hiking, kayaking, skiing, fishing… During our short stay went for walks, played board games, and dined in a few local restaurants. The people in the area are friendly without being intrusive. The combination of being near others yet feeling as though you are away from it all is what will be bringing us back to enjoy Sunriver. Bring your camera it is a nature lovers dream.
