Everything you need is right here in Pine Ridge 11. This updated, 4 bedroom, 2 bath room has it all, forest views, private hot tub, bikes, free wifi and a gas fireplace.
What a stunner! Downstairs you'll find an open concept living room/dining room/kitchen combo where the whole family can gather together. There's a cozy gas fireplace and large tv in the living room for snuggling down for some family time. The dining room has seating for 8 plus three more can sit at the breakfast bar in the fully equipped kitchen.
You'll also find a queen bedroom with a full en suite bathroom on the first floor.
Head upstairs for three more bedrooms and one full bathroom, king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds. The bathroom is a jack-and-jill between the king and queen bedrooms.
Outside you'll find a private hot tub and back deck with patio furniture to enjoy the forest views with your morning cup of coffee.
When you are ready to get out and explore Sunriver, head off down the path on foot, or hop on one of the 3 adult and 2 kid's bicycles waiting for you in the garage. 4 Pine Ridge boasts a central location, making for a short trip to the Woodlands Golf Course and Club House or to Fort Rock Park where you can enjoy a playground, large open field, picnic benches, tennis and basketball courts. Shops and restaurants, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats along the Deschutes River are all accessible within a few miles.

Bennington Properties and their awesome team helped us every step of the way to have a fun, rejuvenating, and relaxing family reunion. The description was accurate and the house felt cozy, welcoming, thoughtfully organized, functional, fun, and just pleasant for everyone in our party — from toddlers to grandparents. There were plenty of towels, which saved us from doing a load of laundry every time we all jumped in the glorious hot tub. The kitchen had so many great tools to help with the cooking and the pantry was stocked with supplies to keep our leftovers fresh in the spotless fridge. We’ll be back next time we find ourselves in the area.

This home has AC which is nice when it is especially hot in Sunriver. The rest of the amenities including the available bikes and SHARC passes were a plus. Be aware that there are 2 bathrooms for 4 bedrooms for this home which somewhat of an inconvenience
Great Time at this Cabin-Like Home

We had a great time at this cabin-like home in Sunriver. The ten passes to the water park were a nice bonus. So was the washer and dryer which came in very handy on our road trip. Tons of games in the garage for the kids, plus a giant TV in the living room and fun ladder loft rooms upstairs. 5 stars.

My family stayed a long weekend at Pine Ridge 11 and loved it! The house is clean, well decorated, has many things to do (games, puzzles, books, ping pong, corn hole, darts, bikes), and we loved the hot tub! The kitchen has everything needed to cook your meal, and the BBQ is awesome! We don’t have a baby, but we noticed that there’s a pack and play, highchair and baby gate which we didn’t see often when our kids were little. We love this house and can’t wait to go back!
