Centrally located near Fort Rock Park in Sunriver, this home is surrounded by beautiful ponderosas and backs to a spacious common area.
The open great room layout and river rock fireplace invite you to come in and relax after a long day of exploring
Sunriver. The living room features a full sized sleeper sofa, love seat, flat screen TV and a cozy gas fireplace. Large windows let in ample sunlight, making this the perfect spot to curl up with a good book. The gorgeous, updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a gas cooktop and seating for 8 between the adjacent dining room and breakfast bar.
Bedroom 1 is the king primary bedroom with private, updated bathroom with large, gorgeous walk-in glass shower.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a queen bed. These bedrooms share a full, updated bathroom with shower/tub combo.
A wrap around deck with private hot tub and gas grill create a great space for dining outdoors, or just soaking up some of that wonderful Sunriver sunshine. Foosball table in garage for family fun!
4 Pine Ridge boasts a central location, making for a short trip to the Woodlands Golf Course and Club House or to Fort Rock Park where you can enjoy a playground, large open field, picnic benches, tennis and basketball courts.
This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

Everything was great accept for the gas stove. The knobs on the front of the stove turn really easy. There was about 4 different times where someone bumped a knob with their body and turned the gas on. And the only way we knew was because we could smell gas. This could be very dangerous. I'm sure it must happen to most everyone who stays there. Maybe there's a way to install a stainless guard over the knobs. A guard that covers the top and the front of the knobs that can rotate up to be able to access the knobs and then rotate it backdown to cover the knobs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pineridge 4. It was actually better than described - the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our family of 5 to stretch out. It was immaculate - the cleaners did an excellent job. The location was a perfect walk away from Fort Rock park, and just a few minutes drive from the other Sun River amenities. In addition, we thought we had to wait until 5 pm to check in, but Bennington messaged us at 11 am letting us know that that the property was ready for us. That was absolutely perfect with our restless kids. We will definitely stay here again.

This place is very clean and comfortable. I would recommend bringing bins to keep your food in because there's not really room in cupboards or on the counter. But we had a great time here and would come back!

Although a smaller house, it is nicely upgraded, clean, quiet, with nice forest views. We have stayed in Sunriver many times over 20 years, and this was one of the nicer places we have stayed. Stayed for 2 weeks. Loved the heater/fireplace unit. The 3 bedrooms are a good size, bath/showers pleasant, but would have been nice to have chest of drawers for clothes, say in the closets. The one easily fixable deficiency was the lack of hot water pressure in the kitchen sink. Others have also noted that. Would definitely consider this unit for future stays.

Faucet in the kitchen has little water pressure when using hot water and the shower door in the master tends to slide open on its own. Otherwise a great stay.
