This spacious three bedroom Sunriver vacation home has everything you'll need to enjoy a great stay. With it's prime location you are just a short walk from the Village and Sharc!
The living room invites you in with a gas fireplace, cozy furnishings and wood accents. The adjacent dining room seats 6 and 2 more can pull up at the island in the fully-stocked kitchen.
On the main level you'll find 2 bedrooms, each with a king bed and deck access. A full bathroom completes this level.
Head upstairs to find the third bedroom with 2 double beds, the loft with sofa, TV and DVD player. The second full bathroom is located here with a shower over tub configuration.
Outside of the fully enclosed deck is the gas BBQ for the outdoor grilling enthusiasts plus gorgeous forest views.
This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

Our stay at Pole House 9 was fantastic. The property was exactly as described. It offered ample games and kids toys and was spotless upon check in, except the patio which had a thick layer of pollen. Bennington was very welcoming and texted a few times to check in on how we were doing. They offered discounts for some local attractions which was great! Overall, would stay again.

Amazing place and location in Bend. So close to great sites. The lava caves and lava butte are a must see! Could have not asked for a better weekend with the family here!!

This was a great cozy cabin, well stocked with kitchen and cooking supplies, towels, and comfy beds. Sunriver is a relaxing area and this cabin was warm, spacious and the furniture was very comfortable. It was a great place to come back to after full ski days! Thanks for the stay, we will definitely be back soon!

I'd want them to know that they should have during the daytime in the winter because GPS will send them to the wrong home and Sunriver doesn't have street lights so it can be hard to see house numbers in the dark.

We have stayed in Pole House #9 several times and love it there! The location is perfect - very close to the SHARC, an easy bike ride to the Village, and the Pole House community is quiet with a nice open space in the middle which is great for kids to run around and play. The house itself is wonderful; with the two master bedrooms downstairs and kids room upstairs, it's enough space for two families to fit very comfortably. We look forward to returning to Pole House #9 every time we come to Sunriver.
