This comfortable, single level 3 bedroom Sunriver vacation home spreads out over 2,000 square feet of living space with wonderful outdoor areas overlooking the 13th fairway of Woodlands Golf Course.
The open concept layout features vaulted ceilings and tons of natural light. The living, dining and kitchen areas are combined to keep everyone close together. In the living room, enjoy features such as a gas fireplace, Smart TV and DVD player. The kitchen and dining room connection makes meal time a snap, and you'll be able to whip up your family's favorite meals in our fully stocked kitchen. Or enjoy dining al fresco on the back deck with views of the golf course.
Bedroom 1 is a king ensuite bedroom with cable tv and a private bathroom with sunken tub. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen-sized beds and share a full bathroom with walk-in shower.
The attached garage houses a ping pong table for fun-filled competitions.

Spacious and Quiet Home with a Wonderful View at the Back

We loved the layout of Red Cedar 23 with its spacious open areas and wonderful view of the golf course off the back deck. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, Red Cedar is a great fit for a rejuvenating family getaway. I did have feedback that I have been reluctant to mention unless I could offer a solution. Our daughters slept in the front bedroom and found quite a bit of animal hair when they pulled back the sheets our first night. There was short, dark hair, other hair that was longer, lighter and finer in texture, along with occasional fine, dark grains of grit. The more we brushed the sheets off, the more hairs we found. My daughter and I worked on it with a damp rag and thought we got most of it, but she awoke the next morning with a swollen eye lid. I stripped the bed and washed the bedding, except for the bulky comforter—which I shook out and removed it to the other bedroom. Everything was all better with clean bedding! It would be helpful to have a spare sheet set to utilize if needed. My speculation is that some dog owners allow their dogs to rest/sleep on guest beds. Since comforters do not get washed regularly, hairs can build up and get transferred to clean bedding. Animal hairs might also get transferred if the comforter is placed on the floor while stripping, and re-making, the bed. Perhaps some of this could be mitigated by extra vacuuming. We have really enjoyed our two stays at Red Cedar 23, but perhaps it is time for us to explore pet-free homes!

This is probably our favorite home of all that we've stayed in over the years, and we've stayed in a lot. The location is quiet and has a lovely view over the golf course with huge windows. The home is clean, extremely spacious, and all of the furniture is comfortable. My college age sons are very tall and they were both happy with their beds. Very easy to let our dogs out to the yard, well stocked kitchen, fun ping pong set in the garage. We'll look this house up first for our next visit.

Not air conditioned but house stayed pretty cool if windows were left open for air circulation. Great home with space for all. I honestly think out of the five houses rented for our family reunion, this was by far the nicest layout.
