Named the Tree House, this charming retreat is in the heart of Sunriver and perfectly blends comfort and coziness. Nestled on Rhododendron Lane, surrounded by the beauty of nature, this home is designed for families and friends seeking a warm and welcoming escape. Inside, the main living space boasts vaulted ceilings and an open layout, creating an inviting atmosphere for entertaining and spending quality time with loved ones. Unwind in the living room with a good book or enjoy movie night, this space is perfect for relaxing.
The kitchen features is fully stocked for everything you’ll need to whip up your family’s favorite meals. Enjoy a quick bite at the island, have a formal meal at the dining table, or savor your food outdoors on the balcony during the warmer months.
The primary bedroom. located upstairs features a king bed and attached private bathroom. The bathroom has a device in the skylight to prevent mold growth. Bedroom two has a queen bedroom and a TV. The third bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed with a twin over full set up. Between these rooms is a shared full bathroom.
Explore the outdoors using one or all of the 4 adult bikes provided. And after a day of adventure, why not grab a glass of wine and head outside to the steaming, private hot tub? Or grill up your favorite meal on the gas bbq and toast to the perfect vacation getaway.

Very nice house. The split level design provides lots of privacy for a multi family stay. Right on the bike path to SHARC and only a couple min away, which was great for us with kids. Comes with quite a few bikes that were very comfortable to ride, even had 2 kid bikes. AC temp can be controlled separately for each room. We had a great stay.
