This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has everything you need for your next Sunriver Getaway.
Main living room is a cozy space for playing family games and has a fireplace, TV and DVD player. You will find a spacious, remodeled kitchen, perfect for preparing a family meal or entertain in the open kitchen/family room design with seating for up to 12.
Downstairs you'll find the primary bedroom with a king-size bed and attached full bathroom.
Head upstairs where you will find a loft area to cozy up with a book, and two additional bedrooms. Bedroom one is a queen bedroom, bedroom 2 has two twin bunk beds. There is a shared full bathroom here.

The backyard is really the star of the show here. Enjoy the flagstone paved patio and grassy area for an afternoon BBQ or jump in the private hot tub after a long day of adventuring in Sunriver.

Picturesque outside with comfy furnishings and calming landscape. Bikes, hot tub towels for the pool provided. Well appointed kitchen but not cluttered. Great to have the washer and dryer. Seating difficult for seniors , low and soft. Air in bedrooms appreciated

We really enjoyed the back deck, patio and lawn while on our trip with our small dog. The home was super comfortable and located close to everything we needed but felt tucked away in our little corner of Sunriver.

Enjoyed our stay for a family vacation. Very close to the SHARC center and the Village as well as bike trails to explore Sunriver. The rooms were great and the kitchen had what we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this totally relaxing, peaceful location amongst the trees. The house was cozy, the amenities were spot-on, and we timed it pre-tourist season to take full advantage of the quiet. Mission accomplished! Highly recommend to anyone looking for an off-season getaway replete with crisp air, silent nights, and the occasional deer passing by.

The backyard is definitely a highlight of this home and the hot tub is well maintained. We have rented this house twice now, in summer and winter. Both seasons it has been an excellent location for a getaway. Its within easy walking distance to both sharq and sunriver shopping. It's always clean and cozy. Great place if you are looking to spend time at the Sharc, it is within walking distance. Short ride to the village too. The house was great for my family of 5. The deck and bbq area was great for evening family time. All around great place for a family trip.
