The open-concept living area is perfect for family gatherings, featuring a comfortable seating area with a gas fireplace and Smart TV for movie nights. The fully stocked kitchen makes mealtime a breeze, and with seating for eight at the dining table, there’s plenty of room for everyone to enjoy a home-cooked feast. Just off the main level, step outside to the back deck and soak in the bubbling hot tub—an ideal way to relax after a day of adventure.
Parents will love the luxurious king ensuite on the main level, complete with vaulted wood ceilings, a Smart TV, and a spa-like soaking tub. Upstairs, the kids will have their own space with a twin bunk room and a queen bedroom, which share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with another queen room. This was a great house. We had a large group of family getting together and dogs and the property was perfectly set up for our group. It was convenient to the biking trails, north store and the hey. The house had everything we needed and also allowed us to have space to work remotely. We will definitely stay there again. The only thing issue is that they don’t provide SHARC passes. Otherwise perfect.

The house was very clean, the kitchen is very well equipped. All the beds are very comfortable and it was one of our most pleasurable stay, probably the best I think. Sunriver is truly amazing for families. The house has bikes, we used them everyday and took the kids for rides around the resort and stopped for ice ceam at the village center. There is a lot to do in the area, it was amazing. Bellington properties agents were very helpful and very easy to contact, thank you!

This home is absolutely gorgeous! We had 12 of us and had more than enough room. It snowed which made the home that much more cozy. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean as can be! Will be booking here again!

This spacious house is perfect for a couple or a large family. Before Covid we planned to have share the space with a few couples. We went on our own and the house was immaculate and felt taken care of during our stay. We would definitely come back with a group or on our own!

Such a lovely stay at this house! Lots of room for plenty of people to stay, very clean and comfortable. The entire house was stocked with everything needed for a long weekend, from kitchenware to towels and linens, and some books and games as well. The location was great for visiting the Sunriver village, and it was very easy to find. Would definitely recommend a stay at this home!

We were so excited to be able to find such a great home to meet our kids and grandkids to celebrate some family birthdays. We had snow at the house and nearby sledding hills and the hot tub in the evenings. We also enjoyed some healthy competition with Ping-Pong in the game room. One of my favorite things about this house was the comfortable beds. We all slept great, every night. Thanks you for such a perfect space with quality accommodations. We felt like we had everything we needed and with little effort. Thank you from all us.
