Nestled in the heart of Sunriver, this newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath condo is a short distance to everything Sunriver has to offer including Nature Center, proximity to airport, marina and stables.
Warm up and relax after a day of play in front of the inviting fireplace and twist up your favorite cocktail while preparing a tasty meal in the beautifully stocked kitchen. We have a feeling you're not going to want to leave.
The main level has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 1 full bathroom.
Head upstairs to find a king bedroom and a guest bedroom with a queen bed plus a full jack-n-jill bath.
It’s so easy to explore all that Sunriver has to offer, just hop on one of the 3 provided adult bikes and hit the 34 miles of paved paths running throughout the community.

Our stay at this condo in Sunriver, Oregon was fantastic! The condo was the perfect size for our needs, providing a comfortable and cozy environment. The property manager frequently checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. All directions and instructions were crystal clear. We truly enjoyed our time here.

This condo has been recently updated throughout and is in excellent condition. The kitchen is especially nice and very well equipped. The floor plan was perfect for two couples. Only suggestion would be to have TVs in the bedrooms. Our communications with Bennington Properties was very good and the staff was helpful.

The home is a beautiful remodel. Loved the air conditioning. Not suitable for young families with small children. Too ma y areas to have them injure themselves! (Glass table and sharp corners.) The white couch could be damaged.. I’m a Mom so I worry!! Thank you for your attention to detail. Bennington’s does a first class job! We noticed!!!

We had a wonderful stay here! It's clean, beds are comfortable and it was a perfect location for my two kids and me. We could bike 5 minutes to the village, 5 minutes to the SHARC, 5 to the marina. We'll definitely be returning!

Beautiful condo, well located. We enjoyed 4 nights at 8 Skyline for some late season skiing/boarding. Easy drive to the mountain, and great place to hang out afterwards. Good restaurants and bars nearby (Highly recommend the margaritas at Holas!) and the kitchen is well-appointed for cooking meals if a quiet night at home is preferred. Beds and linens were comfortable. Endless trails - the condo is a 15 minute walk to Nature Center and Observatory and Lake Aspen. After coll evening walks, returning to a cozy fire wrapped up the day perfectly.

What a wonderful place! First off the lighting is great, it makes the place feel bright and open. Nice layout with a large kitchen and plenty of sleeping space. We were a short walk or bike ride to the Nature Center and Lake Aspen. And a short bike ride or drive to the town center, or the boat ramp. Overall great location, central to lots of in town activities and yet off the main roads
