Welcome to Sunstone 56599!
This 4 Bedroom, 3.5 Bathroom luxury home is bursting with all of the amenities you are looking for. Relax with your family in the spacious living room with 55" Smart TV and DVD player, gas fireplace and comfortable furnishings. Cook up something delicious in the adjacent kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your family favorites. This provides a pack-n-play and high chair for those travelling with small children.
Head upstairs to the spacious media room with giant 65" Smart TV, ping pong and pool table, or just hang out and catch up on your reading.
When it's time to turn in for the night, this home is well laid out. There are two king ensuites, both with 55" Smart TVs and attached, private bathrooms. The third bedroom has 2 queen beds, and Bedroom 4 has two pyramid bunks with twin over queen arrangements. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom. A half bath rounds off the main level.
Head outside to soak your cares away in a private hot tub or grill up some grub on the gas BBQ or the Traeger. There's also a firepit in the back for those chill Sunriver evenings.
This home includes 5 Rental Cards (2 guests per card) for accessing SELECT Caldera Springs amenities. IMPORTANT: Caldera Springs is a semi-private community, which means that you will NOT have access to some amenities (some amenities are only available to homeowners and select guests). This home comes with rental cards that will give you access to the Quarry Pool and Fitness Center, Discovery Park, Ponderosa Park, Sable Rock Park, all the lakes throughout Caldera, the paved and barked pathways, tennis/pickleball courts and the basketball court. Passes do NOT include access to Forest House pool or facility or the 9-hole golf course.
*This home has a Ring doorbell camera at the front door.
*No animals allowed in this home (including service animals). The homeowner suffers from documented, extreme allergies and has an exemption from the ADA. This homeowner is not required to allow service animals in their home.

The house was a dream & Bennington Property Managers were excellent hosts. The floorplan was ideal for our family. (2 couples and 4 kids). The kitchen was extremely well equipped - we didn't need a thing that wasn't already there. There is so much to see and do in the area. We had a great time.

We were a group of all adult friends looking for a relaxing weekend in Sunriver. This house fit that bill excellently. There are a ton of games, a huge kitchen, wonderful sound system, large dining table, hot tub, and energy sucking couches. It was a perfect house for relaxing, which is exactly what I wanted after a long, hard tax season. The bathrooms all had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The two ovens in the kitchen were wonderful. The fridge is freezer on the left and fridge on the right and isn't deep enough for a 12 pack of soda. There is no fridge in the garage.

We loved our stay with friends at this beautiful home in Caldera Springs. It had everything we needed and more! It is close to the walking/biking trails as well as the pool and restaurant. The fire pit, hot tub and outdoor areas were a perfect place to relax and unwind. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous house! It's spacious for large groups and extended families, with very comfortable beds and furnishings. The two main suites are a great feature for multiple families. The kitchen and dining areas are spacious and well equipped for entertaining. The location is great for wooded walks, bike rides and quick trips to the many nearby amenities. We also enjoyed the pool table, hot tub and outdoor seating areas. This is a special property to make great memories in!

We have thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful property. It is located in a private, gated community and is close to great restaurants and shopping at the village. We have stayed here more than once and it is a great vacation spot for all seasons!
