This newly renovated, single level, air-conditioned home is situated on a quiet cul de sac a short walk to Fort Rock Park. The great room is spacious and completely open (living, dining, kitchen) with vaulted ceilings, a large sectional sofa, additional leather couch, cozy gas fireplace and large flat screen TV. The dining table expands to seat up to 10 and the kitchen boasts granite counter tops and all needed appliances, including a gas range.
The primary ensuite bedroom has a King bed with a large flat screen TV and access to the back deck and hot tub. Bedroom 2 has a King bed with an adjacent half bath. Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed with an adjacent full bath. Bedroom 4 is perfect for the kids with a Twin Bunk bed and flat screen TV.
A door from the great room opens onto the back deck, appointed with a new gas grill, patio set with shade umbrella, 2 chaise lounge chairs and private hot tub. You'll find a peaceful, treed view to the back of the home. Take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 4 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental house. Short walk to Fort Rock Park for some summertime fun.

This house is very comfortable. My husband and I have stayed her twice and will do it again. It is plenty big for a family to stay. The living room is very cozy with the fireplace, the kitchen is well stocked and it is a quick drive to the stores and restaurants.

This is an amazing home. It is much nicer than the pictures. The beds are very hard so great if you like firm mattresses. The dishwasher and dryer have little glitches. So takes a bit to figure them out. The fireplace was great. The house was very cozy and roomy for a large family. Lots of channels to watch on tv. The kitchen has EVERY appliance you need as well as lots of serving dishes with lids. We loved this house!

This house had an amazing layout where each guest had their own bathroom adjacent to the bedrooms and the bedrooms were spaced out well to provide nice privacy and noise isolation for sleeping babies. The view out of the back window was private and beautiful and we regularly watched deer come right up to the deck. The kitchen was awesome and could easily support a large gathering. We were super comfortable in this home. Kids adored the brand new hot tub.

This home has very comfortable beds, and lots of space for multiple people. The fireplace keeps the living room nice and warm on cold nights. The house was nice and clean and it was close to great activities and restaurants. The dryer didn’t work right but still functioned well enough to do a load of towels while we were there. 10 out of 10, I’d stay again.

The hot water may be turned up a little too hot, so be careful when using hot water. Other than that, this was a great house to stay at. Comfortable beds, great game selection and garage games, within walking distance to a fabulous park for the kids, nice bikes to ride. =)

This home is PERFECT for multiple adult couples! We had 3 adult couples and everybody has their own room and bathroom. The room layout is great for privacy and I love that the home is all single level. The kitchen is very well stocked and we always try to leave something behind for future guests to use.

We absolutely loved out stay. This house is in the perfect location to easily get to Bend, head out to explore Mt. Bachelor, or just hang out right in Sunriver. The house is even more spacious than I expected and perfect for little kids with the sparse decorations making it basically already toddler proofed. The beds were slightly on the firm side (which is how I like them!) But good for people who need softer beds to be aware of. We enjoyed every element of this house from the spacious kitchen for cooking, the hot tub and spacious deck, to the ping pong and foosball table in the garage. Being able to check in and then ask any follow up questions via text was also really helpful and made for a very convenient process. 100% recommend

This home is absolutely wonderful to stay in. The kitchen is well appointed. I loved that there were 4 large bedrooms. It’s a fairly quick walk to Fort Rock Park as well.

Nice house. Quite open and comfortable. Great location being just off beaver drive. Well stocked kitchen and appliances worked great. Entertainment options were great also. Will look forward to renting again next ski season.

Only issue was with hot tub cover. Easy to take off, hard to put back on. Would recommend getting motorized cover or leaving detailed instructions on how to take off and put back on
