With a reverse living design, vaulted cedar ceilings, and large windows surrounding the living space, you will feel like you are sitting in the trees!
Upon entering this split-level home, you'll notice lots of light and cozy furnishings in the great room. The wood burning fireplace will keep you warm while watching your favorite show or movie on the Smart TV in the living room. The adjacent dining area seats 8, plus there's room for 2 more at the kitchen peninsula. The gorgeous kitchen feature granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all the cooking gadgets you'll need to whip up your family favorites. Directly off the dining room is a large wrap-around deck leading out to the hot tub and gas BBQ grill.
On the upper level is a powder room for guests and a king ensuite with Smart TV and a to-die for bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower.
Head downstairs to find three additional bedrooms. An ensuite bedroom featuring a queen bed and private bathroom. There's also a king bedroom and bunk bedroom with pyramid bunk, twin over queen. The bunk room has a Play Station 2, Nintendo Wii, and DVD player plus an oversized chair that folds out into a sleeping cushion. Both bedrooms have Smart TVs and share a full bathroom.
The extra wide garage allows space holds the ping pong table and bikes for your entertainment. There is a Peloton bike in the garage - guests just need to bring their own shoes.

How’s this… This property is perfection and just what we were looking for in our holiday. The home is warm and welcoming with great separation of space. Everything was well explained from check-in to check-out and everything in between. We loved the game selection, hot tub and cozy evenings by the fireplace. Highly recommend renting to anyone and we would rent again. Thank you.

I highly recommend this home for anyone visiting Sunriver and Central Oregon! I stayed in this lovely home for an extended weekend with friends. It was a perfect location peacefully tucked in a quiet neighborhood with access to the walking and biking trails nearby. It was meticulously clean and well maintained, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook multiple meals. Our favorite part was enjoying the wood burning fire while we watched the snow fall outside the big picture windows in the cozy living room. In fact, we enjoyed our visit so much we came back for another extended weekend a few months later and had another amazing experience. Not only is this home extremely comfortable for a few people, it would be great for a larger group and the perfect place for families as it has a room with bunk beds and a ping pong table and bikes in the garage to use.

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy, clean and comfortable home. It is well kept and nicely furnished, with a kitchen that is easy to use and has plenty of dishes and utensils. The large windows throughout the main living space let in a ton of natural light and are just perfect for watching the snowfall in the winter while relaxing in front of the fireplace. The beds were comfortable and there was a nice separation of space for our teenagers with the two different levels. We also enjoyed using the hot tub which was so clean and looked brand new! Finding a clean, comfortable and nicely decorated dog friendly home can be hard to find. This place is a gem! We can't wait to return!

Our family stayed at the home over Christmas 2023. We found it welcoming, cozy, and spacious. The primary bedroom is on the main level and is very large with its attached bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms are downstairs with access to the garage and ping pong!(bikes too but it was winter) I noticed a huge library of movies and video games which is great for kids and big kids. The living room is ample size for a big family, as is the dining room, both having large windows which gives a great feeling of indoor/outdoor. We didn't use the fireplace but wood was stocked in case we had. We found the kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub is new and really nice. We had no problems for which we needed to call anyone. The only suggestion was for a wastebasket in the primary bathroom. We would definitely stay here again.
