The home is well stocked for cooking. The coffee pot and hot water tap made it simple for coffee and tea. The game room was great for the 9 of us. Also the fire and family room was perfect for sitting around talking and playing games. Would definitely stay here again.

We came down with our Covid Pod to enjoy some skiing, snowmobiling, and fly fishing on the Fall River. The kids enjoyed the awesome game room downstairs while the adults enjoyed the quiet and some football on the stellar entertainment center upstairs. The hot tub and sauna were in great shape and we very much appreciated the fine tuned bikes for our bike rides to the river. We won't hesitate to reserve this home again! Thank you! We used this home for our annual family reunion. It was a great size and we really enjoyed the reverse layout. The kiddos loved the game room on the main level and the multiple living spaces were great for our group. The kitchen and pantry were well appointed with everything we needed (and then some!) The hot tub was large and the BBQ worked great. Our only issues during our stay was the cleanliness of the outside deck. Since that's where the BBQ was located, most of the deck was greasy and our feet got black from walking on it barefoot. I think a good scrubbing with de-greaser should do the trick :) The bedrooms were good sized, large closets and updated bathrooms. This home is lovely and we will definitely be back! The customer service team at Bennington Properties is top notch! From the texts checking in, to the promptness of communication if there is an issue, etc. They are amazing from start to finish. Thank you for all that you do!

Our prominent concern was the small step going from the pool table room to the bath and sauna area. Several of us tripped there so we simply put children's stickers along the edge. Also, the right rear stove burner is broken and in pieces, should be replaced. Other comments from the family include: more kitchen towels, replace control cord for griddle, clean up the greasy spot in front of the outdoor grill on the upper deck (nasty, we didn't even use the grill!), clearer instructions for operating the AC unit. These are all small issues but caused some concern at times. Overall our stay at 11 Tumalo was comfortable and enjoyable, plenty to do for all ages, accommodations fit our large family well and the house was clean, nicely decorated and kid friendly. Thanks to the family who owns the home for sharing it with us and to Bennington Properties for ease of rental process. Jeannie Feimster

This is perfect for everyone. The games are all downstairs and living is upstairs, which is perfect for noise. You can entertain upstairs and have all the games and tv's going downstairs without a issue. The BBQ is in a covered area and is perfect all year round. This was a amazing vacation!!

A very family friendly home! The well appointed kitchen was so appreciated as I love to cook for my three sons and their families. My sons live in Indianaloplis, Southern California and Seattle so our opportunities to all gather together are infrequent. Our week in Sunriver was very memorable and one that we would gladly repeat. I left one comment for improvement in the notebook provided by the owner. The carpet in the great room was exceptionally dirty with a very large, dark stain in front of the sectional couch. The carpet looked generally dirty with many other smaller spots. If this issue were addressed, the home would look very well cared for.

This house is AWESOME! There is room for a crowd (we had nine people) and something for everyone. We loved streaming movies, playing pool, enjoying the hot tub and sauna, having arcade and shuffleboard contests! The owners have put a lot of thought into making this an ideal rental. Our dogs loved the cul-de-sac location. The house was very clean. Bennington Properties was a delight to work with as well!

Bennington Properties makes staying at Sunriver easy. We had one small glitch in our rental - a non-working lock - and Bennington had a tech at the house in 20 minutes. We rent through Bennington every year and are very happy. The house is large and comfortable but the dining room furniture is a little too big for the room, and a musty carpet stain needs to be cleaned. This is a great house for a family with a carful of teens.

We've stayed at many homes in SR and this one was great. With 3 families & 2 dogs, we had plenty of room. Pluses: layout, location, game room (kids 8-14 loved it), responsive staff (came right away with missing soap). Minuses: Game of Throne-style dining room (comfortable but very cramped), small kitchen, dog poop filled area around the house (we had to clean it up before kids could play-really gross).

We had a great time at Sunriver. We even got some snow. The rental fit our family and the passes were great. We did have some problems in that the chair in the room off the kitchen was broken, the vent in the Mbedroom let in alot of noise & it had been jimmied & the TP dispenser was located very inconveniently. The water dispenser in the refrig was not working right. It was hard to see the screen on the big TV in the LR during the day because of glare. The dining room table was so bulkie that it was hard to move the chairs especially for the kids but we did like that it seated 10.

It seemed as if housekeeping did not report problems so I had to get involved. First it took three tries to get in the door the first night. Very thankful that someone was there after dark to use remote, etc. to get us in. The upstairs bedroom bathroom facet handle was broken so we had no hot water the whole time. The dishwasher was full of water at the bottom when we arrived. Thought it would clear up when we ran it but did not. Management on the last day fixed it. Burner on stove in back would stay on. That got fixed when the man came over to check on the dishwasher. Hot water handle needed a part so was still sitting there apart when we left. Housekeeping left burn out night lights in socket. If not working then take them out. I think the problem lies with housekeeping because if they have to clean the washbasin they had to of noticed the handle was flopping around therefore the next person would not have any hot water to shave, etc. No one knew nothing about all these problems when I reported them. It is a very expensive nightly cost so should not find anything wrong. Plus cost for housekeeping to do their job. Other than all these maintenance problems the home suited us well and we loved the separation provided when someone wanted more peace and quiet. I would recommend to a friend but call first to make sure that there are no maintenance problems. Not sure why the last guest did not report it but I own a business so I am more conscious of how things should run for my customers.

This home is perfect for large groups. Family friendly with plenty of entertainment- the variety of games and the sauna and hot tub are added bonuses. The only negative comment I have is the master bed is awful! I compare it to buying a really cute pair of shoes. It looks good but it is squeaky- you can't move an inch or even bump the edge without it squeaking. I slept horribly the week we were there. We stayed at this home 5 yrs ago and it did not have the same bed. The old one was just fine. Also the dining room table just plain needs to go- it is so awkward for the space.
