Beautifully updated, reverse-living home with granite counters and quality throughout.
Gourmet cooks delight in a well-stocked kitchen, gas cooktop, stainless Kitchen Aid dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer. The cozy living room is the perfect place to curl up in front of the fire or watch your favorite movie. There is a half guest bathroom on this level.
Upstairs you'll find a king suite with a huge walk-in closet and a private bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower plus access to the hot tub right from your room.
Downstairs you'll find three more bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
Bedroom 2 is the bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds, TV and DVD player.
The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom three has a queen bed, TV and DVD player.
Bedroom 4 is a suite with king sized bed, TV, DVD, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower plus access to the lower deck.
Two water heaters ensure that everyone gets a hot shower!
Enjoy some family fun in the garage with foosball and ping pong!
Take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 5 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental house. Upper and lower back decks for relaxing, sunbathing or having a family meal on a warm summer evening. BBQ conveniently located on the front upper deck off the kitchen. Air-conditioned. Pairs beautifully with other homes nearby for family reunions.

We have vacationed in Sunriver for decades, including owning two different homes there (while waiting to build a 3rd) that we also rented out, so we know a bit about what goes into making a home accommodating for guests. We prefer the north end of Sunriver where it is quieter and the location of this property is ideal in that regard, with quick access to the river and Benham Fall/Lava lands trails. The house was very comfortable, kitchen incredibly well stocked with utensils and serviceware (and great coffee maker too). We usually bring our own bikes so didn't use the ones there much but a nice array of cruisers, as well as games in the garage. Sleeping and bedroom accommodations were perfect for our needs. Great communication/ease of access through property management company. We would be happy to stay there again!

The house is close to a couple of other houses and the one near our back deck had a rather loud group living there which kind of impinged on our quiet time. If you're wanting a very quiet visit with no noise this may not be the best house to rent. It just depends on the renters in the other nearby houses. Other than that a very nice house. We had a lovely time at Sunriver and other than getting lost by all the traffic circles we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will do it again!

Service was great. Everything we asked for we received including a request to have carpets cleaned . They needed it. Unfortunately we had to leave for a day to allow the cleaning but worth it as we had toddlers on the floor and they were in bad shape. Probably need to be replaced. We were very pleased with the quick response to our mentioning it and we understand with back to back rentals finding time for carpet cleanings could be tough. Kitchen well stocked with everything needed. Beds super comfortable . Deck nice and peaceful atmosphere. Appreciated the welcome gifts for the kiddos and restocking of some supplies . A real treat was the nest on the deck where birds hatched while we were there! Such a treat! We had a wonderful wonderful time! Will rent from Bennington properties again.

We have booked Sunriver rentals through your company for approximately 6 years now... Based on the nightly rental cost of this home, it was disappointing. The carpet was so dirty that we did not feel comfortable going without shoes in the house; one of the garbage cans was missing a lid and we had to pick up trash every morning that was scattered all over the backyard, I assume it was raccoons; your note above the thermostat says to turn off the AC at night and use fans, there was not one fan provided, so we ended up running the AC all night. We felt the home could have been cleaner, the furniture had a layer of dust on it. Even with all of this we did have an enjoyable time with our family...see you next year!!!

The house was nice and clean. Many doors creaked badly (easy fix) and some did not shut very well. Kitchen stocked well, but not 1 cabinet available for storing your own groceries in (we cleared out the shelving unit of books and knick knacks and put our stuff there). I had emailed Bennington to ask how many wine glasses were in the unit as we were going to have a little wine tasting party while we were there. A very nice lady called back and said she would make SURE there were at least 12 wine glasses at the house. I thought this was over and beyond---but upon arriving there were only 7 glasses in the cupboard. I was disappointed. We had to have other families bring glasses from their units for it to work out. Could have I called Bennington to complain and get them to come fix some of these things? Yes, but after planning/packing to get there, we just wanted to do vacation, not have to call about things. Still a good house and very spacious. Kids loved playing ping pong/foos in the garage. Oh, and I only slept in the king downstairs, but it was very comfortable for us (on the firm side). My parents slept in the king upstairs and said the same! I love some good beds!!

We used this as the main house for extended family and friends for a Thanksgiving getaway. The kitchen was very well equipped with quality pans and knives. The stove top worked well for prep of a large dinner. The house was great for football watching and later foosball and ping pong in the garage. Highly recommended for a large family get together.
