Light, bright and cheery home with a wall of windows looking into the trees. High ceilings and great architecture make this home a special find in Sunriver. The reverse living floor plan is popular with families and offers a space to enjoy meals together or to have some time in separate living areas. The recently added ping pong table adds to the family fun!
On the Main Level you'll find the Living Room with Gas Fireplace, Dining Room with Seating for 8, the well-stocked, gorgeous kitchen with seating for an additional 3 at the counter. The Primary King Ensuite bedroom with private bath, which includes a walk-in shower, and a half bathroom finish off this level
Head downstairs to find two more bedrooms and a full bathroom. Bedroom One has a queen bed, and Bedroom Two has two full beds. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo. When you are ready to wind down, grab a seat in the bonus room with a TV, comfortable seating, and a desk area.
Out on the elevated deck enjoy stunning views of the surrounding beauty, fire up the gas grill or take a soak in the private hot tub.

I have stayed at many Bennington properties and have not had any issues. I enjoy working with Bennington. This property was our least favorite out of our last 10 stays in Sunriver and Bennington. The house needs some maintenance and updates also the AC is not properly working. The house was very hot! Also, stock up on basic kitchen and bathroom supplies, because there was nothing there. Also, if you plan on cooking, bring your basic oils, seasonings, coffee filters and a spatula or 2 with you because these are all items that weren’t in the unit. The couch in the living room is not comfortable so not a lot of lounging occurred. Finally, my husband was unable to use the hot tub in the evening as it didn’t hear past 93 even with turning it up and properly setting it. Not a rental we will stay in again but doesn’t mean it’s not for you.

The home was perfect for visiting, comfortable seating and great layout for visiting whether you're in the kitchen, dining room or living room. We enjoyed the grill and hot tub, the laundry room was right where you come in from the hot tub, perfect for running the suits through the wash. The home had everything we needed. We were able to open the garage door to bring in all our luggage and gear, so don't about having to bring them up the front door stairs. Bennington made it easy to reach them if we would have needed anything, we'll be back.

We really enjoyed our stay in 30 White Elm Ln.! It was very clean, had the amenities we were expecting, and was comfortable. The hot tub was already set to 104 when we got there, which was fantastic. The living room is usually what I focus on when booking vacation homes since we spend most of our time there. This home has a great living room space. The furniture is comfortable, there is lots of seating, the kitchen is close, and there are LOTS of windows! We will certainly be staying here again.

30 Whlte Elm Lane was the perfect house for a Thanksgiving week . The kitchen is so well equipped that I didn't;t need to ring my turkey roaster..although I did! The sleeping arrangements were just right for our toddler and teenagers. Beds were very comfortable. The living room was nicely set up for the 6 of us. The house is so well built that it is pretty sound proof from bedroom to bedroom. The ping pong table was in use constantly. this house is in excellent condition and very clean. I have rented from many different companies, and Bennington Rentals are the best. Thank you.

Entry stairs are steep and steps are especially narrow. The home has some quirkiness to it that makes it cute, but I wouldn't stay here in the winter due to worry from slipping on stairs. Its a long hard way down if you slip n fall. Internet is unreliable.

Great company to work with and perfect house for our needs. I loved how easy it was to make the reservation and how the best home was selected for my family. We did arrive 15 minutes early and the cleaning people were still at the house. I asked how long it would be and they said 30 to 45 minutes. We decided to go check out the village. We were only halfway to the village when Kirsten called to apologize that the house wasn't ready. She offered us a gift certificate, cold drinks and use of the office restrooms. Kirsten was fantastic and we appreciated the gift certificate. The house was prefect for us - pet friendly, bikes, hot tub and close to Fort Rock play area.

It's a wonderful home to enjoy the beauty of sunriver. The home was just as we expected. The dog treats were a cute surprise. Since we were cooking thanksgiving dinner, we were happy to see the kitchen so well stocked with utensils, pots and pans. Our visit to sun river was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay at 30 While Elm Lane this past weekend. The house was well equipped for guests such as our selves. It was clean and one of the biggest pluses for us is that it is "dog friendly". When we think of returning to Sun River, we will think of your company and this house.

Our family reunion extended well beyond our stay at 30 White Elm, but staying there for five nights was certainly a highlight. Everything was in excellent order. The new deck was very nice. The two small kids bikes had quite flat tires, but we used others from another house we had on White Elm. Would certainly stay there again and recommend to anybody.

The house was fine. The AC could not keep in cooler than 79 during some of the hot days. The new deck was very nice. I feel the cost of using SHARC is too much even with the 50% refund. Going swimming should be part of renting this very lovely home and to have to pay the prices they charge seems excessive . I am just used to the days when swimming was included in the rental.

We go to Sunriver about 4 times a year and are never disappointed with Bennington Properties. Our stay was again fantastic and this property was exactly what we needed. As in every house we have stayed in with Bennington, the kitchen was well stocked, the place was very clean and check-in and check-out was simple and seamless. Can't wait to return!!!

SUNRIVER WAS AWESOME WITH 2 FEET OF BEAUTIFUL WHITE SNOW, CLEARED TRAILS TO WALK AND SKI, SLEDDING, SKATING, GINGERBREAD HOUSE DISPLAY, NATURE CENTER AND OBSERVATORY TO MENTION A FEW OF THE THINGS WE ENJOYED. We have rented this home for several summers and overall we are very satisfied with the house. I believe at the end of this yrs rental the carpets should be cleaned. The kitchen faucet if loose. The cost to swim at SHARC is TOO much and we did limit our pool time. As beautiful and costly as this home is I am disappointed in the added cost to swim ( with the 50% discount Bennington offered). As we have really young grandchildren we can only stay for an hour or so in the hot sun....<br/>Ice maker in freezer not working
Hello Edith and Ed, Thank you so much for your feedback. We clean the carpets as often as they are needed. We will get the kitchen faucet fixed and we have fixed the ice maker. I am sorry about the SHARC expense. We did offer the 50% discount for our guests during the summer months, but we do understand with little ones it can really add up. This is a lovely home, we were all comfortable and wanted for nothing. We enjoyed the daily deer sightings, walks down the path at the end of the street and the very quiet neighborhood. Hot tub was in great condition. I appreciated comfortable seating in the living room for everyone.<br/>The front stairs were really steep but luckily going through the garage made it easy to unload/load.

Clean and open - well maintained. Nice bikes. Furniture nice and clean and in good condition. Hot Tub clean. Pots and pans were all dirty and the nonstick coating was flaking off so we were unable to use those and remaining selection had to be scrubbed before use.
