Located near Fort Rock Park and Woodlands Golf Course, this Sunriver retreat has everything you need for a quiet getaway with your loved ones. This reverse-living home features a comfortable living room with ample seating, large smart TV and fireplace (presto-logs only please) for the perfect blend of cozy and convenient. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need to prepare your favorite meals. The adjacent dining room has seating for 6 with additional seating at the kitchen bar.
The primary bedroom is located on the main level and features a king bed, large TV and attached bathroom with walk-in shower.
Head downstairs to find two additional bedrooms. Bedroom one has a queen size bed, TV and access to a shared bathroom. Bedroom two has one twin over twin bunkbed and a second bunkbed with twin bed on top and a futon on the bottom. This room also has a TV and access to the shared full bathroom.
In the garage you will find both a foosball and ping pong table, comfortable sofas to enjoy a friendly gaming atmosphere. After some outdoor recreation, you can lounge on the deck, relax in the hot tub, or grill on the BBQ. This peaceful home nestled in Sunriver might just become a true home away from home.

We celebrated New Years here with the family. All the kids played in the living room while we played games at the kitchen table and watched football. Everyone could be together in the main room while also having enough spaces for babies to nap, kids to play foosball, and adults to hot tub. The only negative was the lack of cleaning supplies. We like to wipe down surfaces often and there wasn’t much in the way of spray cleaners or wipes so bring your own.

It was a great home on the north side of Sunriver. A little far to walk to the village and Sharc, but an easy bike. Close to the North Store which was nice. We did expect the home to have more disposables like soap, trash bags, etc so we did have to buy some but they did have enough linens which was nice. House came with bikes which was awesome but one of them was broken so we had to rent one. Overall it was a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay here! Loved riding bikes and playing ping pong. The hot tub was fun too. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Definitely planning on coming back!

We had a great stay. The location was really private and extremely quiet. The hot tub and ping pong were great additions. There were lots of bikes in the garage in good condition that made getting around Sun River really easy. Hosts were very accommodating and flexible with check in and check out. I contacted Bennington Properties with a few different questions via text while we were there and they responded immediately every time and were extremely helpful. Really great customer service.

We booked this home for a full week in August 2023 and had an outstanding time. We are a family of four with two kids. The house is fully stocked with everything you need for weeklong stay – and everything worked perfectly (meaning appliances and internet, etc). The master bedroom is on the main floor and has an adjoining bathroom. There are two bedrooms downstairs and a full bathroom. The downstairs rooms are a great spot for kids to stay. There is a jacuzzi outside, which we used almost every day. The garage has ping pong table, a foosball table, and bikes for the whole family. We enjoyed are our stay so much we recently inquired about returning again this summer.
