This is a spacious, single level home in the heart of Sunriver. This property has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fantastic back deck. The light and bright living room boast a new flat screen TV, a cozy gas fireplace and plenty of seating. The adjacent dining room seats 8 and the kitchen holds all the equipment you'll need to whip up your family favorites.
Bedroom one is an ensuite with a king bed and private bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 holds 2 new Twin beds. Bedroom 4 has a new Pyramid Bunk (Twin over a Queen bed).
The huge deck in back provides a wonderful gathering and relaxing place with built-in benches all around it and a private hot tub. Owners just added brand new flat screen TVs throughout the home. Foosball, Ping Pong, bikes and an additional fridge are provided in the garage for your enjoyment! Take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 5 bikes provided with this vacation rental house.

Home had everything you needed (especially in the kitchen :) plenty of space for hangout in living room and dining room. Rooms were extra equipped with linens and pillows which was helpful.

Fantastic location for our family. The deck is amazing and the layout of the home is awesome for family gatherings. Kitchen was well appointed for those who loves to cook. Bikes, ping pong, games and TV in each room were great amenities for us as well. There was an additional refrigerator in the garage, which was very helpful when it was hot. We would definitely stay again.

We had a terrific stay! The beds were comfortable, the living space clean and warm, and the amenities much appreciated. Setup was great for a multigenerational stay (8 of us total.) For those with children (elementary & younger) this house had the best stock of books and toys I've ever seen at a rental. Our children, ages 6 and 9, were amused for many hours each day. We had a great time playing ping-pong and in the hot tub. Of course this isn't guaranteed, but we also really lucked out with weather - many beautiful sunny days with highs in the low 70s, despite it being late October.

Our Family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 5 Witchhazel. Very comfortable home, very clean and updated! The kids loved the playroom, foosball table and hot tub! The Adults loved the overall comfort of the home and it truly was an escape to snowy paradise! Love Sunriver and Bennington is always great to deal with. We all agreed that 5 Witchhazel Lane was perfect. Beds were comfortable, the living room and dinning room with the extra couch and chair were nice to have. The outside deck was huge with all the tables and seating is perfect for a large family vacationing together. Lots of kitchen extras. We will rent this house again. Thanks Bennington!!!

Our family had the most amazing time staying at Witchhazel 5! The house is very well organized, very clean and has a great selection of toys and games for children. The house's location is ideal along a quiet road, and the deck and backyard area are expansive! The experience could not have been any better! Bennington Properties did a superb job throughout our stay. The management company was immediately responsive to any questions, and there sraff was first-class. Really a great experience!

We spend time in Sunriver couple times a year and had the opportunity to rent several houses over the years. We loved this house, layout was great for the family, could comfortably fit 8 people, nice add ons ... bicycles, hot tub, good size deck. It is a bit far from the village, but we didn't mind having to drive.

Overall property was in great condition. Picnic benches on outside deck should be replaced. Feels like they would easily collapse is more than two people sitting on them. Master bedroom mattress was fabulous but the other beds could use replacing. Love the layout of the house. Gives large family gatherings enough space to be together but not on top of one another.

We loved it. It would be great if the three wheel bike worked (handle bar broken). Another bike didn't work because the pedal hit the kick stand.

Overall a good vacation. The house is in a good location, but is a little old and it needs some updates. The carpet needs replacing ASAP.

Winter weather can be hard on carpets here in Sunriver with all the muck that gets dragged in from the outdoors, but the carpets at the house have been through a good steam clean since and look much better, as you can see from the new photos on the website. A new larger flat screen TV has also been added to the living room. Although the home is older, it is well kept by conscientious owners. I hope that you will return to give us another try.
