This was a perfect home for our family of 5. We have been coming to Sunriver regularly for 10 years, and we have used Bennington exclusively since 2019. This has been one of the most comfortable homes we have had the pleasure of staying in. The place was spotless and had tons of charm. The extra room was used for a "kids zone" when we had our friends over, and it was a great feature when the adults wanted time/quiet to talk. We will definitely seek to use this location for future trips!

This house was perfect for our family! Very clean, spacious, plenty of room for 5 of us. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of dishes. Appreciated the kid friendly dishes also! After biking and walking the hot tub was great to relax and unwind. We enjoyed the ping pong table and the bikes that are provided. This was our first time in Sunriver and it was amazing, we look forward to returning and definitely would stay at this house again!

Although it's in a big resort area, the way the houses are nestled in the trees makes you feel like the only ones there. It was a great anniversary weekend trip to Bend. Will definitely stay in Sun River again.

The only thing that was overlooked was there was no soap in the soap dispenser at the kitchen sink and no alternative soap option at the kitchen sink. It is a lovely property and we had a very nice time. Thank you.

Wonderful vacation home

This home was a perfect house for our family,( 2 adults, 4 teenagers,) it was easy to get to and upon arrival, the lights were turned on and house was cozy! Sleeping arrangements were perfect with two bedrooms and family room with game cube( the "only" controller was broken) and sleeper sofa. Hot tub was clean and used every evening. We did have a couple issues arise but Bennington was very quick to offer us another house or come out and clean up the issue (which was not their fault) .. they even gave us a gift certificate for dinner to one of the local restaurants ! Thanks Bennington for making this another great vacation!!

We have stayed at Sunriver every summer for as long as I can count at various properties. This was our first stay with Bennington properties and we had such a wonderful experience! This home had all the right amenities and we loved the location. Everything in this home was perfectly planned out- super family friendly (cups and plates and games for kiddos), screens on the doors to keep them open at night and the bugs out & where you needed a towel hook there was one! Beds were comfy cozy, porch, yard and hot tub were nice to relax. We loved the evening walks to the bridge to watch the sunset and the best location for walking to the river to fish or go on my favorite running route. It was the perfect size for our family and our kids loved the bunk room! Bennington was especially nice and recovered and returned a left behind item and helped us extend our stay a couple of days during the busy summer season. Already planning our return for next year! Thank you for making our vacation extra special!!!

This home is perfect for one or two families and feels like a cozy home away from home. The home is updated and decorated to make you feel like you're at home. The master bedroom has a spacious closet and separate remodeled bathroom. The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds and an attached bathroom, perfect for kids. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook great meals during your stay. And the layout is great for having friends over for a bbq. The bonus room has a pull out queen bed and is a great spot for movie watching and game playing. Finally, the garage is stocked with great bikes for a family ride, a ping pong table and basketballs for shooting hoops in the driveway. And don't forget the hot tub off the master perfect for unwinding after any activity. This place is a gem!

This house is charming and cozy with great decor. It fit our family of four and could have easily accommodated another family with the two sets of bunk beds and bonus room. The kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of room to spread out. A great location. The hot tub was a treat. We will back and can see why this is a family retreat oasis!

Two weeks before our vacation, we were informed that the home we originally had reserved was sold by the homeowners. Bennington Properties were so helpful, and found us the Yellow Rail 3 property instead, and it actually turned out to be a much nicer property. Perfect size for my husband and me, my son and his two friends, and my mom.
